Johnson, Dickey getting extra rest before next start

TORONTO -- With Josh Johnson and R.A. Dickey dealing with lingering ailments, the Blue Jays have decided to shuffle their rotation.
Both pitchers will be pushed back in the rotation, while J.A. Happ moves up in the order and will pitch on his typical four-days' rest in Thursday night's series finale against the Red Sox.
Johnson, who is suffering from a sore right triceps, is temporarily scheduled to go Friday against the Mariners, with Dickey following a day later.
However, everything is tentative, as the Blue Jays wait for results from an MRI on Dickey's back and to see how Johnson's triceps responds to some pitching.
"Josh, he'll play catch today, throw a light side [session] tomorrow and then we'll see where he's at," manager John Gibbons said.
