Ravin's brother shot, in stable condition

LOS ANGELES -- The 30-year-old brother of Dodgers pitcher Josh Ravin was in stable condition after being shot multiple times early Sunday in West Hills, Calif., according to a report in the Daily News.

Joel Ravin was hospitalized in stable condition. His assailant fled the scene and was at large, according to the report.

Josh Ravin, who is recovering from sports hernia surgery, tweeted that the only detail he knows about the incident is that his brother was shot five times.
