Manny Being Manny in Taiwan

Manny Ramirez has always been a unique and entertaining figure in baseball. Sometimes his antics were intentional and sometimes he was just Manny being Manny.

In a recent game with the EDA Rhinos of the Chinese Professional Baseball League, in Taiwan, he proved this again. When running to second base, Manny accidently slid a few feet before the base while attempting to break up the double play. That said, the ball thrown to second was offline so had Ramirez kept running he would have been safe. Fortunately, as the second baseman had to run to tag Ramirez, Manny still successfully broke up the double play and gets rewarded with some high fives (and a few chuckles) as he heads back to the dugout! Oh, Manny!
