All requests for 2009 Seattle Mariners regular season media and photo credentials must be made in writing on the enclosed application and be returned by March 9.

All requests must be made by the Sports Editor or Sports Director and must include a letter on company letterhead to activate the request. Requests should be made on behalf of the entire staff (i.e. sports, news and photo departments). Regardless of whether credentials have been issued in the past, each organization must apply in writing by March 9, as no credentials will be automatically renewed.Attached please find the Major League Baseball terms and conditions of use of credentials for the 2009 regular season home games. Before we can issue you your organization's credentials for the upcoming season we must have the attached form signed by an authorized representative, and returned to us. Individual names for whom the authorized epresentative is signing on behalf of must be printed on back the terms and conditions sheet.

Major League Baseball requires a photo on each season credential for the 2009 season. If you have not received credentials in the past please e-mail a low-resolution jpg file of clearly labeled photos to Kelly Munro at [email protected].

Any special needs/requests and any parking requirements (parking will be limited) should be noted in the letter that accompanies the official Mariners application. No requests will be handled over the phone, fax or by e-mail.

The number and type (season or single-game) of credentials issued, if issued, will be based on the information provided, space availability, circulation and the amount of media covering the Mariners. All requests should be addressed to:Seattle Mariners Baseball Information
