Should you choose a position player or starting pitcher? Would you factor in position? Shortstop? First base? Center field?

Do you consider intangibles such as leadership, charisma and the ability to deliver in the clutch?

We asked our fans on Facebook to address this topic, asking, "Which MLB player would be your first choice to build a franchise around?"
