NASA and U.S. Military Pay Homage to Jeter

Derek Jeter Day extended far beyond Yankee Stadium on Sunday. During Jeter's ceremony a trio of NASA astronauts tipped their caps to the Captain from 200 miles above earth, while a group of U.S. Military members also showed their appreciation. It's clear that Jeter's impact truly transcends baseball.
