Peoria Chiefs Deliver on Promise

Before the season, the Peoria Chiefs, Single-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, promised their fans they would win EVERY Wednesday home game of 2013. As part of the “Won Dollar Wednesdays" promotion, the Chiefs offered $1 treats and guaranteed a victory on the field.

And they delivered! The Chiefs improved to 7-0 in Wednesday home games with their walk-off win last night. Unbelievable!
