Jose Bautista (Blue Jays): Since the outset of the 2010 season, the outfielder has used a patient, powerful approach to build a .268/.388/.558 slash line against right-handers. From the three-hole in the highest-scoring lineup in baseball, Bautista could drive in multiple runs when he faces Braves rookie righty Matt Wisler (5.60 ERA, 1.62 WHIP).
Josh Donaldson (Blue Jays): This season, the third baseman -- who is hitting .302 with 38 homers, 119 RBIs and 109 runs scored -- has posted a .295/.358/.553 slash line against right-handers. Donaldson could post a difference-making total in DraftKings contests when he faces the inexperienced Wisler (5.18 FIP) and a Braves bullpen that ranks last in the Majors with a 4.76 ERA.
Ben Revere (Blue Jays): This season, the outfielder has posted a .749 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .630 mark vs. lefties. From his perch atop the lineup, Revere may maximize his opportunities to excel against Wisler and a suspect Braves bullpen. He could also swipe a base against A.J. Pierzynski, who has allowed more steals than all but four catchers this season.
Ryan Goins (Blue Jays): Hitting .284 since Aug. 26, the shortstop could be an economical option at a premium position when he puts his lifetime .619 OPS against right-handers (.518 vs. lefties) to the test against Wisler. Also of note: Goins and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a Braves squad that sits 27th in the Majors with a .679 defensive efficiency ratio.
Nolan Reimold (Orioles): The outfielder owns balanced lifetime splits, but this season he has posted an .875 OPS against left-handers in comparison to a .670 mark vs. righties. Hitting out of the leadoff spot, Reimold could reach base often and score multiple runs when he faces Rays southpaw Matt Moore (career 1.39 WHIP).
J.J. Hardy (Orioles): The shortstop has long fared best vs. left-handers, against whom he has registered a lifetime .760 OPS (.707 vs. righties). Hardy could thrive against Moore, who has posted an 8.42 ERA and a 1.93 WHIP since returning from Tommy John surgery this season.
Matt Carpenter (Cardinals): As a big leaguer, the third baseman has produced an .835 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .759 mark vs. lefties. Carpenter could excel when he bats at offense-inducing Miller Park against righty Jimmy Nelson (career 4.10 ERA, 1.30 WHIP).
Jason Heyward (Cardinals): Hitting .296 with 12 homers and 22 steals across 547 plate appearances this season, the outfielder possesses the diverse skill set that DraftKings owners covet. Heyward could produce in multiple ways when he brings his lifetime .841 OPS against right-handers (.657 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Nelson.
Kolten Wong (Cardinals): This season, the second baseman has produced a .786 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .555 mark vs. lefties. With 11 homers and 15 steals in 2015, Wong has the diverse skill set to contribute in multiple ways against Nelson. In his career, Santiago has allowed right-handed hitters like Plouffe to post a .736 OPS (.620 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
John Jaso (Rays): The slugger -- who qualifies at catcher in DraftKings contests -- will be in prime position to improve on his career .795 OPS against right-handers (.532 vs. lefties) when he faces Orioles righty Chris Tillman (5.21 ERA,1.39 WHIP in 2015).
Colby Rasmus (Astros): The outfielder will be poised to improve on his lifetime .782 OPS against right-handers (.668 vs. lefties) when he faces righty Colby Lewis (career 4.78 ERA, 1.36 WHIP) at hitter-friendly Globe Life Park in Arlington. Tanner Roark (Nationals): With a season-to-date 4.38 ERA and a 1.36 WHIP, the right-hander could be a cost-effective second starter when he works at home against a Marlins squad that ranks last in the Majors with a .668 OPS vs. righties. Last season, Roark produced an impressive 2.85 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP across 31 starts.
Marco Estrada (Blue Jays): With a season-to-date 3.31 ERA, the right-hander has been a useful starter in many DraftKings contests. Estrada could spin a gem when he faces a Braves lineup that sits 28th in the Majors with a .682 OPS against righties. The fly-ball-prone Estrada could keep the ball in the yard during this contest, as Atlanta ranks last in the Majors by a wide margin with 88 homers.
Tommy Milone (Twins): With a 3.73 ERA, the left-hander has been a useful second starter in several 2015 DraftKings contests. Milone could turn in an effective start when he works at home against an Angels lineup that ranks 28th in baseball with a .654 OPS against southpaws.
