Royce Clayton's favorite player: Troy Tulowitzki

Royce Clayton spent 17 seasons as a Major League shortstop, so he knows a thing or two about glovework.

Although the 6-foot Clayton played a different game than the Rockies' 6-foot-3 shortstop Troy Tulowitzki, Clayton loves watching Tulo do his thing in the field and at the plate. He calls the Rockies' shortstop his favorite current Major League player.

"Just being a former shortstop, the things he can do on the field are incredible," Clayton said. "Offensively, defensively. I think when you watch him, there's always something you're going to see that's special. So he's definitely on top of my list, right now."
