Helton holds lead in Rockies Franchise Four voting

DENVER -- Todd Helton, Larry Walker, Troy Tulowitzki and Andres Galarraga … if the Rockies ever placed those names on the same lineup card, the offensive firepower would be hard to match.

Those four, in that order are the leaders as of the first tabulation of the Rockies MLB.com "Franchise Four" -- the four most impactful players in team history, as voted by fans. Also on the Rockies' ballot are Dante Bichette, Vinny Castilla, Carlos Gonzalez and Matt Holliday.

Fans have cast 11.8 million votes in the Franchise Four voting, and you can cast your ballot here. Voting ends on May 8, and winners from all 30 clubs will be announced at the 2015 All-Star Game, which will take place on July 14 at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
