Twins agree to terms with Alexi Casilla

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN - The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have agreed to terms with infielder Alexi Casilla on a one-year contract, avoiding arbitration.  Casilla will earn $1,382,500 million in 2012.

In 97 games with the Twins last season, Casilla batted .260 (84-for-323) with 21 doubles, four triples, two home runs and 21 rbi.
The Twins have signed all three of their arbitration eligible players.
