VIDEO: Hector Santiago Pranks Terry Francona

The MLB All-Stars have been competing against the Japan All-Stars in the Japan Series over the last couple weeks, and they're clearly having a good time, on and off the field. On the team's most recent flight, Angels pitcher Hector Santiago accepted a dare to kiss Indians manager Terry Francona. Tito's reaction is priceless.
