Andres Torres, who lives in nearby Chandler, visited his former teammates, decked out in tight-fitting white jeans and a turquoise shirt. "He still hasn't found a shirt to fit him," manager Bruce Bochy said wryly. "But he looks good." Torres, the outfielder who underwent season-ending heel surgery last August, said that he hopes to latch on with an organization in May or June.
