Royals pitcher Yordano Ventura was absolutely dominant last night, allowing only three hits over seven innings of work. In addition to the pressure of being in a win-or-go-home situation, Ventura performed with the weight of his friend Oscar Taveras' passing on his shoulders. He honored the late Cardinals outfielder with "RIP O.T. #18" written on his cap. That cap is now on its way to the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.
