The Pittsburgh Pirates today recalled catcher Francisco Cervelli from his rehab assignment with Double-A Altoona and reinstated him from the 10-day disabled list (concussion). 
To make room for Cervelli on the 25-man active roster, catcher Jacob Stallings has been optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis.
