- Selected RHP Quinn Priester from Triple-A Indianapolis – STATS
- Will make is Major League debut as the starting pitcher for tonight’s game.
- Will wear uniform #64
- Currently ranked by MLBPipeline.com as the Pirates No. 4 prospect
- Recalled C Endy Rodríguez from Triple-A Indianapolis – STATS
- His first appearance will be his Major League debut
- Will wear uniform #25
- Currently ranked by MLBPipeline.com as the Pirates No. 3 prospect
- Recalled INF Liover Peguero from Triple-A Indianapolis – STATS
- Will wear uniform #60
- Currently ranked by MLBPipeline.com as the Pirates No. 7 prospect
