Accessibility

The Texas Rangers are committed to creating an inclusive and safe environment for all our guests who visit Globe Life Field. We provide services and amenities for guests who have accessibility needs. These include accessible parking, elevators, escalators, accessible restrooms, accessible seating, Accessible shuttle service, and complementally wheelchair escorts

Accessible parking is available in all general admission Rangers parking lots on a first come, first served basis. Please note, there is not an option to select Accessible parking when pre-purchasing online

Complementary shuttle service for Guests with accessible needs is available to and from the parking lots to the gates. We request only the guest with the need and one other member of the party use the shuttle. The Accessible shuttle service is available when lots open (generally 30 minutes prior to gates opening) and continues for approximately one-half (1/2) hour following the conclusion of the game. Our guests’ patience is requested. Service will be provided in the order that calls are received.

Complimentary wheelchair escort service is available to assist guests between the gates and their ticketed seats. Due to limited availability, guests are not able to keep the wheelchairs with them during the game. When ready to depart guests should contact a nearby Guest Service Representative or Security Guard to assist.

Alcohol Sales

Alcohol sales will conclude after the eighth inning or two and a half hours after the start of a game (whichever occurs first and at management discretion). Please note that sales may be discontinued earlier in specific areas. The Texas Rangers remind you to drink responsibly. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person per purchase. No alcoholic beverages may be brought or taken out of Globe Life Field.

Alumni Alley presented by New Era

Stop by New Era Alumni Alley on Friday and Saturday home games to meet your favorite Rangers alumni behind Section 101

Autographs are limited to one item per player, no personalization or posed photos.

Authentics Kiosk

This is the place to find game used collectibles from previous games, as well as tons of autographed merchandise. All items are authenticated under the auspices of the MLB Authentication Program – The Authentics Kiosk is located in centerfield on the Main Concourse alongside the Grand Slam Team Store and online at texasrangers.com/authentics.

Bag Policy

Bags equal to or smaller than 16”x 16” x 8” are allowed into Globe Life Field. No backpacks are permitted except for single compartment drawstring bags. Additionally, coolers of any kind are prohibited. Bags that meet the 16” x 16” x 8” size do not have to be clear.

Exceptions are for those bags carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants or young children. Working media may carry backpacks after the bags gone through the security screening at the media entrance.

Outside food is allowed inside of Globe Life Field as long as it is inside a sealed clear quart sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in a sealed non flavored water (plastic bottle and under 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted.

Lexus Club

Located on the Event Level behind home plate.

An upscale buffet is served through the 7th inning, then switches over to a Ballpark Favorites buffet until the bottom of the 9th inning. In-seat service of limited food options is available through the end 7th inning.

Beverage services includes domestic beer, craft beer, upscale wine and premium spirits served until the bottom of the 8th inning. Access is for these specific ticket holders:

Ballpark buffet with rotating featured dish, as well as sodas, iced tea and bottled water is included in ticket. Additional credit card bar available. Open to ticket holders with access to Texas Terrace 1 and Texas Terrace 2.

Community Event Ticket Packages

Community event ticket packages include a giveaway with special game day experience (i.e., Bark in the Park, Teachers Appreciation, Military Appreciation, Girl/Boy Scouts Day). Please visit www.texasrangers.com/communitynights for a full list of community events. Community night items can be picked up at the Community Nights kiosk located on the Main Concourse by section 116.

Comments, Complements, Concerns

Guests with a comment, compliment, or concern may express it in person during home games at Globe Life Field at any of our Guest Services locations. Guests may also provide feedback by sending an email to [email protected].

Concessions

Globe Life Field has over 100 concession stands operated by Delaware North Sportservice and offers a delicious selection of hot dogs, nachos, pizza, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, ice cream, desserts, and more.

Designated Driver Good Sport Program presented by Budweiser

Be a good sport! If you’re 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, you can sign a pledge to not drink alcohol during the game and accept responsibility for driving your group home safely. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a Texas Rangers Gift Card. You can sign up near our Guest Service locations on the Main Concourse behind section 101 and the Upper Concourse at section 228.

Exit/Re-Entry

Re-entry is permitted in Globe Life Field at specific doors and all-public entries from the time doors open until the start of the game. Once the game starts, re-entry is only permitted at one door at the North Entry on the Main Concourse and at one door at the Southeast Entry on the Suite Level. All guests must have their ticket scanned before exiting and re-screened before re-entering the venue.

Family Fun Tuesdays presented by Coca-Cola

Save big at the ballpark every Tuesday home game! Enjoy discounts on ticket prices, parking, food and drink, plus meet Rangers players at pregame autograph sessions, presented by Golden Chick. Due to time constraints, autographs are limited to one item per player, per person. No personalization or posed photos. Autograph sessions are for all fans in April, May, and September, and for kids only (13 & under) in June, July, and August.

Get to the gates early! Gates open 30 minutes early on Tuesday home games for families to view players taking batting practice prior to the game. For more information visit www.rangers.com/familyfun

Letters during the baseball season (April-October) should be addressed to specific players. These letters are then forwarded to each individual player.

Group Areas

All You Can Eat

This location is in the Lower Concourse Picnic Area in sections 27-33.

  • Service area for food and beverage will be located on the Lower Concourse concessions in Sections 27-33. Menu items include Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Hot Dog, Nachos, Peanuts, Popcorn, and unlimited soft drinks.

Batter’s Eye Tables

Located in Sections 134 and 135 with four-top tables that overlook the outfield. Accommodates 16+ guests with the option of table service.

Karbach Brewing Sky Porch Rocking Chairs

Located on the backrow of the Sky Porch. Tickets can be purchased in two groups of 10 or one group of 20.

Outfield Pavilion Picnic Area

Located between Sections 240-244, with service areas behind each section for food and beverages. Groups of 50+ tickets that are interested in purchasing food and beverages for the whole group will get a pre-set menu. There are 4 menus to choose from.

Sky Box Picnic Area

Located on Left Field side the Jim Ross Law Suite Level. Tickets will be in Skybox sections 1 -4.

Third Base Outdoor Patio

Located on the third base side of the Main Concourse, this outdoor private events space offers your choice of four menus and a choice in a variety of seating areas.

Karbach Brewing Sky Porch Balcony

Located above the Karbach Brewing concession area, this area can be booked for groups of 50-60 with a choice of four picnic menus and seating in sections 2011-204.

Guest Code of Conduct

The Texas Rangers are committed to providing all guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests are required to abide by all guidelines listed in the following Guest Code of Conduct. The Texas Rangers reserve the right to determine what is considered unacceptable behavior. Violators may be ejected from the Ballpark without refund and may be subject to arrest.

  • Be respectful and considerate of others
  • Refrain from using or displaying derogatory, profane or offensive gestures or language, both verbal and non-verbal, regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin; such language, whether directed at guests, staff, players, umpires or other team members or personnel is inexcusable and unacceptable.
  • Refrain from using offensive language or behavior directed toward players, umpires, staff or other personnel regarding betting losses.
  • Fighting, throwing items, vulgar, threatening, bullying or abusive language or conduct is similarly prohibited.
  • Allowing each other to be free to support their team or entertainer while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow guests, umpires, referees, opposing team fans and players.
  • Refraining from excessive displays of affection.
  • Following instructions from team staff members regarding ballpark operations and emergency procedures.
  • Not wearing or displaying inappropriate or indecent clothing.
  • Consume alcohol responsibly.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside Globe Life Field, including E-Cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking device.
  • Showing their ticket when requested and only sitting in their ticketed seat.
  • Help keeping Globe Life Field clean.
  • Not interfering with balls in play or otherwise disrupting the event by their actions.
  • Not trespassing onto the field.
  • No weapons, including guns or knives or any item deemed to be used as a weapon
  • If anyone is interfering with your enjoyment of our facility, please contact the nearest Globe Life Field staff member or text REPORT to 76432 for assistance; Message and Data rates may apply; text STOP to cancel (IF YOU SEE SOMETHING…SAY SOMETHING!)

Offensive Bias-Based Language and Behavior Directive

The use of offensive language that demonstrates bias or prejudice directed against a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual preference, national origin or their status as a military veteran (“Biased-Based Language” – name-calling, stereotyping, belittling, or exclusion) by any fan or employee, whether such language is directed at players, umpires or other baseball personnel; or other guests or employees is unacceptable as well, and inconsistent with the spirit of the game. The Company is committed to a fan friendly environment. If security is able to determine that a biased-based violation has occurred, security staff will then mandatorily eject the violator.

Guest Services operates when Globe Life Field opens until one hour after the game or event concludes. Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, receive assistance with problems during their visit and retrieve any lost items during the game or event. There are four Guest Services locations in the ballpark.

To request assistance in the ballpark, text SECURITY to 76432 or visit the Rangers page in the MLB Ballpark app. Our command center will look into the issue immediately and dispatch security or medical staff to your location if needed. As part of our commitment to honor military, veterans and first responders, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation has installed an interactive video board to highlight our servicemen and women. Located in right center field, adjacent to the Grand Slam Team Store, is the Home Base for Heroes interactive display. Submit a photo of your military member, veteran, or first responder at texasrangers.com/heroes to have your hero displayed on the screen.

Tickets: Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holders lap. Limitations apply. Children 36 inches or taller do require a ticket.

Baby-changing Tables: Baby changing tables are available in all our family restrooms at Globe Life Field

Oatly Park and Kid’s Zone presented by Oatly!: Our Kids Zone is located on the Centerfield Upper Concourse near section 238 and includes a wiffle ballpark and mini ball field playground with oversized baseball equipment for your little ones to climb on.

If you happen to find an item that someone has lost, please take it directly to Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind section 101, or Guest Services on the Bailey & Galyen Law Suite Level next to the Comerica Bank Northeast Entry. The found item(s) will be stored there for the duration of that day’s game/event.

Parking presented by Toyota

You can conveniently find parking with easy access to multiple lots off major highways that surround Globe Life Field. For day games, parking lots open 2 hours prior to first pitch. For night games, parking lots open 2.5 hours before first pitch. Time for Opening Day and Postseason games are subject to change. Please note there is a strict no in-and-out and no refunds will be given. For general parking information at Globe Life Field, visit texasrangers.com/parking.

General Parking

All Globe Life Field parking lots will be cashless in 2023. All parking passes can be found in the MLB Ballpark app and purchased at the lot entry if not advance purchased online. Cost is $15 on game days in Lots M and N; $20 in lot S; $25 in lots D, E and L; $35 in lot V. Opening Day and Postseason pricing subject to change. All parking lots are for regular sized vehicles only. All oversized vehicles will be directed to the bus lot located off of Arlington Downs.

Accessible Parking

You can find handicap parking in most general and season parking lots, where it’s sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please not that a mobility assistance cart may be requested from any parking staff member. See Parking Map at texasrangers.com/parking for lots with available handicap parking. Lots may reach capacity prior to game time.

Lexus Complimentary Parking

Complimentary parking is provided for those driving their Lexus vehicle to any home game (space permitting) with the required 2023 window decal present. Simply go to the Lexus Lot W located at 715 Stadium Drive on the east side of Globe Life Field. The lot can be accessed from both northbound and southbound Stadium Drive. This is a self-park lot (no valet) and will only be for those who have the 2022 Lexus sticker from the dealership.

Contact your Dallas-Fort Worth Lexus dealer to obtain your 2023 window decal. Please note that once this lot reaches capacity, you can pay to park in any available cash lot.

Reserved Parking Lots

Reserved parking lots are designated in yellow on the parking map at texasrangers.com/parking. These lots are reserved for Season Ticket Members who have a Reserved Parking Pass. Reserved parking lots are for regular sized vehicles only. All oversized vehicles will be directed to the bus lot located off of Arlington Downs.

RV/BUS Parking

Game day parking is $50 for busses and $100 for RV’s, credit card only. RV’s and busses may enter when the lots open and must depart by 9 AM the next day (ballpark schedule permitting). Located in Toyota Lot D off of Arlington Downs.

Season Parking Lots

Season parking lots are designated in blue on the parking map at texasrangers.com/parking. These lots are reserved for Season Ticket Members who have a Season Parking Pass. Season parking lots are for regular sized vehicles only. All oversized vehicles will be directed to the bus lot located off of Arlington Downs.

Prohibited Items and Behavior

  • Advertising, selling, or promoting any product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
  • Alcohol not purchased from the event or illegal drugs/substances

  • Backpacks, including clear backpacks

All bags and items are subject to inspection. To ensure fan safety, the Rangers reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious, including any item capable of being used as a projectile.

Sensory Room & Sensory Inclusion (Sensory Bags, Sensory Maps, Social Story)

We are proud to partner with KultureCity and offer sensory bags at our Guest Services location on the Main Concourse behind section 101. Our sensory bags are cleaned between uses, include noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys, and a feeling thermometer.

Sensory Room

Located just inside the Southwest Entrance , the Sensory Room provides a safe and quiet area for Guests with sensory needs to decompress if they feel overwhelmed or overstimulated. Guests at Globe Life Field can access the Sensory Room by contacting any member of the Guest Services Team, who will direct Guests to the Sensory Room. A Guest Services team member will be outside the Sensory Room to meet and welcome the Guests and will be available outside the Sensory room if further assistance is needed.

Service Animals

Service Animals are welcome at Globe Life Field. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled guests may use either a dog or a miniature horse that individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest’s disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside the ballpark.

Smoking Policy

Globe Life Field is a smoke-free venue. This also includes tobacco, vaping, or the smoking of any other substance.

Strollers and car seats for children are permitted inside Globe Life Field as long as they are collapsible and can fit underneath your ticketed seat(s).

Tailgating

Tailgating is permitted in most Rangers parking lots. Tailgating is not allowed in lots A, B and T. All guests wishing to tailgate must observe the following guidelines. These guidelines have been developed to provide a reasonable, and safe tailgating experience for guests.

A Rangers game ticket is required to access the parking lots on Opening Day and potential Rangers postseason games. Tickets for other games/events are not required to access the parking lots, unless specified.

  • Parking spaces are for vehicles only. They are not for tents, grills, chairs or other items.
  • Tailgating and all set up (tents, grills, tables, chairs, etc.) is permitted only in grassy areas surrounding the parking lots.
  • Please do not block sidewalks or areas of pedestrian traffic.
  • Tailgating is permitted from the time the parking lots open until the end of the 2nd inning.
  • Post-game tailgating is allowed up to 1 hour after the final out.
  • All guests must follow the directions and instructions provided by ballpark parking and security personnel.
  • Trash should be disposed of in the appropriate receptacles.
  • Coals must be disposed of in the designated coal containers located throughout the lots. Do not dump coals or store stoves on the grass, parking areas, or under/around vehicles.
  • The following items and activities are strictly prohibited:
    • Open flame fires of any kind. Charcoal and gas cooking is permitted.
    • Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying.
    • Saving parking or tailgate spaces
    • Weapons or fireworks
    • The use of drones
    • Disorderly Conduct
    • Sale of food, beverage, or merchandise, etc.
    • Amplified sound systems or the use of radios/audio devices at loud levels.
    • Outside food companies (only Delaware North is permitted to cater tailgate parties).
    • Advertising or promoting any third party products (including but not limited to food and beverage products)
    • Private porta-potties are NOT allowed in parking lots.

Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle presented by Kroger

This fun raffle is a fundraiser held during the game, which gives one lucky fan an opportunity to win half the net proceeds of tickets sold. The other half of the pot is donated to the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.

Please note that all phone, internet, box office orders are subject to per-ticket service charges.

Children’s Tickets

Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holders lap. Limitations apply. A discounted ticket is available for kids 13 & Under in the Grandstand Reserved seating area. One (1) adult ticket must be purchased for every kid’s ticket, up to four (4). (if 5-8 kids tickets are purchased there must also be two (2) adult tickets purchased, etc.) These tickets can only be purchased in person at the box office.

Dynamic Pricing

Resale of Tickets

By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District, including Globe Life Field, surrounding grounds and parking areas.

The Main Ticket office is located on the southeast side of Globe Life Field and is open on gamedays and non-game days. Please note that all other ticket offices open an hour and a half prior to first pitch and close 45 minutes after first pitch.

Trolley

Trolley Service to Globe Life Field may be available if you’re staying in a hotel located within the Arlington Entertainment District. Drop-off and pick-up are in the northbound lanes of Nolan Ryan Expressway, between Randol Mill Rd. and Road to Six Flags.

Valet

Globe Life Field does not offer valet parking. Please visit texasrangers.com/parking to view the most up to date parking map and directions.

Will Call

If someone left tickets for you, please visit the designated Will Call windows at the Southeast box office and provide your photo ID to pick them up. Tickets left by a player or umpire will be available for pick-up one hour prior to first pitch at the player/umpire windows at the Southeast box office.

Please note that Will Call is not open for dropping off tickets during the Postseason.
