Accessibility

The Texas Rangers are committed to creating an inclusive and safe environment for all guests who visit Globe Life Field by providing services and amenities for guests with accessibility needs, including accessible parking, restrooms and seating, elevators and escalators, ADA shuttle service, and complimentary wheelchair escorts.

ADA parking is available in all general admission Rangers parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is no option to select ADA parking when pre-purchasing online.

A complimentary shuttle service to and from the parking lots and gates is available for guests with accessibility needs. We request that only the guest with the need and one other member of the party use the shuttle.

The ADA shuttle service is available when lots open (generally 30 minutes before gates open) and will continue for approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game. Service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complimentary wheelchair escort service is available to assist guests between the gates and their ticketed seats. When Guests arrive at any entrance to Globe Life Field, they can reach out to any Guest Services Representative or Security Guard to request a wheelchair. Due to limited availability, Guests may not keep the wheelchairs with them during the game.

When ready to depart, guests should contact a nearby Guest Services Representative or Security Guard to assist.

Alcohol Sales

Alcohol sales will conclude after the eighth inning or 2.5 hours after the start of a game (whichever occurs first and at management discretion). Please note that sales may be discontinued earlier in specific areas.

The Texas Rangers remind you to drink responsibly. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person per purchase. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or taken out of Globe Life Field.

Alumni Alley presented by New Era

Meet your favorite former Rangers before Friday and Saturday home games in the New Era Alumni Alley in the NW corner of the ballpark behind Section 101, adjacent to the Guest Services Kiosk on the Main Concourse.

Autographs are limited to one item per player, with no personalization or posed photos.

Authentics Kiosk

Looking to purchase autographed memorabilia and game-used collectibles?

Visit the Rangers Authentics Kiosk next to the Grand Slam Team Store on the Main Concourse in Centerfield or by visiting online at rangers.com/authentics. Can’t make it to the game? Options to pre-order game used baseballs and bases for upcoming games are available as well.

Bag Policy

All backpacks and coolers of any kind are prohibited, this includes backpack purses, smaller children's backpacks, and clear backpacks. Single-compartment, drawstring bags are allowed.

Bags must be no larger than 16”x16”x8” to enter Globe Life Field.

Guests are permitted to bring outside food into the ballpark as long as it is inside a sealed, clear, quart-sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in one sealed non-flavored water in a plastic bottle under 1 liter. One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted.

Exceptions to these policies include those carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.

If you’re 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, you can sign a pledge not to drink alcohol during the game and accept responsibility for driving your group home safely. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a Texas Rangers Gift Card.

Exit/Re-Entry

Re-entry is permitted at Globe Life Field at all public entries from the time doors open until the start of the game.

Once the game starts, re-entry is only permitted at one door at the TXU North Entry on the Main Concourse and at one door at the SeatGeek Southeast Entry on the Bailey & Galyen Suite Level.

All guests must have their tickets scanned before exiting and re-screened before re-entering the venue.

Afternoon Games:

  • All ballpark entries open 1.5 hours before game time.

Night Games:

  • All ballpark entries open 2 hours before game time.

Please note that gate opening times for special events, like Opening Day and Postseason games, are subject to change.

Group Areas

All You Can Eat

  • Located in the Lower Concourse Picnic Area in sections 27-33.
  • Menu items include grilled chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, and unlimited soft drinks.
  • Sections 27-33 will not be All You Can Eat during the All-Star Game and any Post Season Games.

Budweiser Sky Porch Balcony

  • Located above the Sky Porch concession area, the Sky Porch Balcony can be booked for groups of 50-300 with a choice of three picnic menus and seating in sections 201 - 204.

Budweiser Sky Porch Rocking Chairs

  • Located on the back row of the Sky Porch. Tickets can be purchased in two groups of 10 or one group of 20.

Outfield Pavilion Picnic Area

  • Located between Sections 240 - 244, semi-private group picnic area directly above each section. Groups of 50+ tickets can book each picnic area, with three picnic menus to choose from.

Sky Box Picnic Area

  • Located on the Left Field side of the Bailey & Galyen Suite Level. Semi-private picnic space (groups of 50-225) behind Sky Box sections 1-4, three picnic menus to choose from.

Teremana Terrace

  • Located in Sections 134 and 135 with four-top tables that overlook the outfield. Accommodates 12+ guests with the option of table service.

Guest Code of Conduct

The Texas Rangers are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and family-friendly experience for all Guests.

Guests are required to abide by all guidelines listed in the following Guest Code of Conduct. The Texas Rangers reserve the right to determine what is considered unacceptable behavior. Violators may be subject to ejection from the ballpark without a refund and may be subject to arrest if warranted.

  • Be respectful and considerate of others.

  • The sale, solicitation for sale, and trading of items is prohibited. Violation may result in ejection from the ballpark.

  • Solicitation, trespassing, loitering and peddling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in ejection from the ballpark.

  • Allow each other to be free to support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to fellow guests, umpires, opposing team fans, and players.

  • Refrain from excessive displays of affection.

  • Follow instructions from Globe Life Field employees regarding ballpark operations and emergency procedures.

  • Tickets must be shown to Globe Life Field employees upon request and Guests must sit in their ticketed seat.

  • Obscene or indecent clothing is prohibited.

  • Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in a responsible manner.

  • Do not interfere with balls in play or otherwise disrupt the event.

  • No trespassing onto the field or other restricted areas.

  • No weapons, including guns, knives, or any item deemed to be used as a weapon.

  • Globe Life Field is smoke free, which includes E-Cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking device.

  • Foul/abusive language and/or obscene gestures are strictly prohibited. This includes betting - related speech and any language or behavior concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin that is directed at players, players’ families, Texas Rangers employees, umpires, or Guests.

Guest Services operates when Globe Life Field opens until one hour after the game or event concludes.

Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, receive assistance with problems during their visit, and retrieve any lost items during the game or event.

  • Bailey & Galyen Suite Level near the Comerica Northeast Entry

Kids Zone Presented by Primrose Schools: Globe Life Field’s Kids Zone Presented by Primrose Schools is located on the Centerfield Upper Concourse near section 238 and features a free wiffle ballpark and mini playground with oversized baseball equipment for little ones to climb.

Kids Run the Bases: Let your kids run the bases at the ballpark! Kids 14 & under are invited to run the bases following regular season Sunday afternoon home games, starting with Sunday April 6th. Just listen for Chuck Morgan’s cue during the 8th inning and line your kids up behind Section 125 on the main concourse for their chance to run the bases.

Mother’s Rooms Presented by Primrose Schools: For mothers with young infants, we have several private nursing rooms conveniently placed throughout the ballpark. On the Lower Concourse at Sections 20 & 27, on the Main Concourse at Sections 101 (across from First Aid), 125, & 130, on the Bailey & Galyen Suite Level by Guest Services, just inside the Comerica Northeast Entry, and on the Upper Concourse at Sections: 209 & 224.

Tickets: Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holders lap. Limitations apply. A discounted ticket is available for kids 13 & under in the Grandstand Reserved seating area. One (1) adult ticket must be purchased for every kid’s ticket, up to four (4). (If 5-8 kids tickets are purchased there must also be two (2) adult tickets purchased, etc.) These tickets can only be purchased in person at the box office.

Strollers: Globe Life Field welcomes guests with strollers. However, their use must not limit guest movement or block aisles. Collapsible, umbrella strollers can be stored underneath your seat.

Lost and Found

All items lost at Globe Life Field will be turned into the designated Guest Services locations.

To report or claim a lost item during or after an event or home game, visit the Texas Rangers Lost and Found web page.

The Rangers keep lost items for 30 days, except credit cards, which are kept for 15 days. Items not claimed after the respective timelines will be donated and disposed of.

If guests are looking to retrieve lost items at Globe Life Field on a non-game day, they must coordinate item pick up. Items may only be picked up during Texas Rangers business hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday – Friday. Shipping arrangements can be made for guests unable to visit Globe Life Field to retrieve lost items.

Sensory Room & Sensory Bags

Sensory Room

Located just inside the Toyota Southwest Entrance, our Sensory Room provides a safe and quiet area where guests can decompress if they are starting to feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.

Guests at Globe Life Field can access the Sensory Room by asking for assistance from any Guest Services Representative who will direct them to the Sensory Room. A dedicated Guest Services Representative will be at the Sensory Room to greet the guests and remain outside the room for assistance.

Guests can use the Sensory Room for up to 15 minutes or longer if there is no other guest waiting to use the room.

Sensory Bags

We are proud to partner with KultureCity and offer sensory bags at our Guest Services location on the Main Concourse behind section 101. Sensory bags are cleaned between uses and include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and a feeling thermometer.

Tailgating

Tailgating is permitted in most Rangers parking lots. Tailgating is not allowed in lots A, B, and T.

All guests wishing to tailgate must observe the following guidelines. These guidelines have been developed to provide a reasonable and safe tailgating experience.

  • Parking spaces are for vehicles only and may not be used for tents, grills, chairs, or other items.

  • Tailgating and all set up (tents, grills, tables, chairs, etc.) is permitted only in grassy areas surrounding the parking lots.

  • Please do not block sidewalks or areas of pedestrian traffic.

  • Tailgating is permitted from the time the parking lots open until the end of the 2nd inning.

  • Post-game tailgating is allowed up to 1 hour after the final out.

  • All guests must follow the directions and instructions provided by ballpark parking and security personnel.

  • Trash should be disposed of in the appropriate receptacles.

  • Coals must be disposed of in the designated coal containers located throughout the lots. Do not dump coals or store stoves on the grass, parking areas, or under/around vehicles.

  • The following items and activities are strictly prohibited:

    • Open flame fires of any kind. Charcoal and gas cooking is permitted.
    • Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying.
    • Saving parking or tailgate spaces.
    • Weapons or fireworks.
    • The use of drones.
    • Disorderly Conduct.
    • Sale of food, beverages, merchandise, etc.
    • Amplified sound systems or the use of radios/audio devices at loud levels.
    • Outside food companies (only Delaware North is permitted to cater tailgate parties).
    • Advertising or promoting any third-party products (including but not limited to food and beverage products).
    • Private porta-potties are NOT allowed in parking lots.

    A Rangers game ticket is required to access the parking lots on Opening Day and potential Rangers Postseason games. Tickets for other games/events are not required to access the parking lots unless specified.

    Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle presented by Shift4

    The Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle operates during every home game of the season at Globe Life Field. One winner takes home half the jackpot each game, with the remaining half donated to the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation and other charitable causes.

    Fans can purchase Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle tickets from the time gates open to the end of the sixth inning from sellers patrolling Globe Life Field, kiosks located throughout the ballpark, via the MLB Ballpark app, and online at rangers.com/5050.

    Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation Room

    Stop by the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation store, located behind section 111, to make a donation and spin the prize wheel to receive a special promotional item while supplies last.

    Want to buy tickets for a Texas Rangers home game? Please note that all phone, internet, and box office orders are subject to tax and fees.

    Children’s Tickets

    Mobile Tickets

    Getting your tickets is now easier than ever. With the MLB Ballpark App, you now have instant access to your mobile/digital tickets. Print-at-home tickets are not available or accepted at Globe Life Field.

    For more information on the MLB Ballpark App, you can visit texasrangers.com/digital tickets, call the Ticket Office at 972-RANGERS x2 or visit the Southeast Box Office located on the Southeast side of the ballpark, or any open box office on game days.

    All Rangers tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. We encourage you to review your account and ensure all tickets appear as expected within the app before you arrive at Globe Life Field.

    To avoid any delay entering the ballpark, fans should proactively reset their password before arriving at the game. For the best experience, use the latest version of the Ballpark app when accessing your tickets and ensure you log out of all MLB applications and log back in with your updated password. Remember that screenshots of your tickets will not be accepted.

    Resale of Tickets

    By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District, including Globe Life Field, surrounding grounds, and parking areas.

    Souvenir Tickets

    New for the 2024 regular season. If you are interested in having a souvenir ticket printed for you during a game, please visit the Authentics table located outside of the Grand Slam Gift Shop, near the Pluckers concession stand. Price will vary depending on game day, opponent, milestone reached, etc. *Please note these tickets are not valid for entry.

    Strollers, Wheelchairs, Walkers

    Globe Life Field welcomes guests with strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. However, their use must not limit guest movement or block aisles. Collapsible, umbrella strollers can be stored underneath your seat.

    Ticket Office Hours

    The Southeast Ticket office is located on the southeast side of Globe Life Field and is open on game days and non-game days. Please note that all other ticket offices open an hour and a half prior to first pitch and close 45 minutes after first pitch.

    Theme Nights

    Choose from a variety of Theme Nights this season to enhance your ballpark experience.

    When you purchase a special Theme Night ticket, you’ll go home with a limited-edition item. Item redemption will occur the day of your specific game at the kiosk located in the NW corner of the stadium by Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind section 101 (unless otherwise specified).

    Item pick up is available when gates open until the conclusion of the 3rd inning and can be claimed by scanning a valid theme night ticket barcode at the distribution area.

    • You can find a taxi and other ride-share services on the Chapmans Cutoff, located South of the corner of Randol Mill Road and Stadium Drive (between the C Lot and W Lot) and on the east side of Globe Life Field.

    Trolley

    • Trolley Service to Globe Life Field may be available if you’re staying in a hotel located within the Arlington Entertainment District.
    • Drop-off and pick up are in the northbound lanes of Nolan Ryan Expressway, between Randol Mill Rd. and Road to Six Flags. Service begins 2.5 hours pregame and ends 30 minutes postage.

    Valet

    • Globe Life Field does not offer valet parking. Please visit com/parking to view the most up-to-date parking map and directions.

Will Call

If someone left tickets for you, please visit the designated Will Call windows at the Southeast box office and provide your photo ID to pick them up. Tickets left by a player or umpire will be available for pick-up one hour prior to first pitch at the player/umpire windows at the Southeast box office.

Please note that Will Call is not open for dropping off tickets during the Postseason.
