By using this ticket, holder, on their behalf and on behalf of any accompanying minor (“Minor”) and other accompanying party for whom holder holds a ticket (whom holder represents has authorized holder to act on their behalf in accepting applicable terms) (together with Minor, “Accompanying Parties”), agrees to the Liability Waiver and Release; Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement at https://www.wwe.com/article/live-event-liability-waiver-and-release and the Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver at https://www.wwe.com/page/terms-and-conditions (“Agreement”), summarized below (Agreement controls if any conflict). Holder and Accompanying Parties, collectively, “Holder”.

INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. HOLDER AGREES TO (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS OF COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, AND (2) COMPLY WITH ALL EVENT SERVICES, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT, LLC (“WWE”)/VENUE HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES.

Holder will comply with all WWE and venue policies/protocols (including, without limitation, for security, bags, fan conduct, health & safety) and terms/conditions presented at purchase, including without limitation (i) terms that mandate/prescribe quantity of tickets available for purchase, (ii) requirements for Accompanying Parties, and (iii) terms regarding ticket resale/transfer.

Holder will not record or transmit/aid in transmitting any videos, audio, livestreams or other accounts/descriptions (including play-by-play data, whether text, data or visual), in any media, about the event or related attractions (collectively, “Event”). Holder consents to and waives compensation for use of their image/personality rights. Holder consents to security searches/screening. WWE and venue each reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket without refund and refuse admission/eject anyone who (a) violates Agreement terms; (b) has dangerous, hazardous, inappropriate and/or injurious item(s); (c) appears to be/is intoxicated; (d) engages in improper, disorderly or unbecoming conduct; (e) uses vulgar or abusive language; or (f) poses health/safety risk to others.

Holder acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks of attending the Event, including, without limitation, contracting COVID-19 or other communicable disease or being injured by Event activities/other items. Holder releases and covenants not to sue World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC, or any entity controlled by, controlling or under common control therewith, which includes, without limitation, each of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates, and Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates (“WWE Entities”), ticket provider, and successors, assigns, performers, artists, talent, employees, partners, members, directors, officers, owners, agents, representatives, licensees, sponsors, vendors and contractors (collectively, “Releasees”), from claims arising out of the Event, even if due to the sole/joint/ comparative negligence, or strict liability, of Releasees (“Released Claims”) and will indemnify Releasees from and against Released Claims.

BY USING THIS TICKET, HOLDER IS DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO RELEASEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IF HOLDER CANNOT AGREE ON BEHALF OF ACCOMPANYING PARTIES, ACCOMPANYING PARTIES MUST LEAVE THE EVENT.

ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THIS TICKET SHALL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, BINDING ARBITRATION. HOLDER MAY NOT JOIN/CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION OR ARBITRATE AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A PUTATIVE CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING.

This ticket is valid only for this Event. If the Event does not take place or is not completed, this ticket will admit Holder to the rescheduled/resumed Event. If the Event is not rescheduled/resumed, a refund will automatically be posted to the payment card used for purchase.
