If you would like to be entered into our Colorado Rockies 2026 Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for a chance to win four (4) tickets for winner and three (3) guests to the fireworks game on September 18, 2026 vs. the Seattle Mariners, and a $250 Rockies gift card (“Prize”) please read the Official Rules below, and enter your information when prompted at the end of the survey (see Rule 2 about alternative means to enter the Sweepstakes).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. COMPLETING THE SURVEY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MAY ENTER EITHER BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY AT THE END OF THE SURVEY OR BY MAIL. BOTH METHODS OF ENTRY PROVIDE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.

START/END DATE: The Sweepstakes begin on July 7, 2026 at 8:00 AM MDT and ends on September 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM MDT.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents of Colorado (the “Eligible Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members and members of the same household (whether or not related), of Tigris Sponsorship & Marketing, Inc., (“Sponsor”), Xcel Energy, Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, LLC (“Colorado Rockies”), the other MLB Entities (defined hereinafter), and each of their respective parent corporations, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, the term “immediate family member” shall mean spouse, parent, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchildren, and the spouse of any such individual. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

This Sweepstakes is void outside the Eligible Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, which will be sent to the selected winner on or about the date the selected winner is notified, within three (3) days of receipt of such Affidavit, or an alternate winner may be selected

The ways to enter: Entrant must provide their name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, age, and phone number at the end of the survey when prompted. Entrants may also enter the Sweepstakes by printing their name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address (optional), age, and day and evening telephone numbers on a postcard and mailing to: Tigris Sponsorship & Marketing, Inc., Attn: Colorado Rockies Survey 2026, 5910 S. University C-18, PMB 178, Greenwood Village, CO 80121-2879. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 2, 2026 and received by September 9, 2026. Mail-in entries must allow 5-7 days from the end of the promotion period for receipt of mail. Entry must be received between July 7, 2026 and September 9, 2026 and entrant will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes with a chance to win the Prize. Limit: one (1) entry per person/entity, per email address. Winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. All entry forms become the property of Tigris Sponsorship & Marketing, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. Neither Sponsor, the Colorado Rockies, nor Xcel Energy is responsible for lost, late, ineligible, damaged or misdirected entries or any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or other failure destroys the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor, the Colorado Rockies, or Xcel Energy assumes any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or the online portion thereof) and, in such event, to select a winner for the prize by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension, or solely from the mailed entries.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive one prize consisting of: (i) four (4) tickets for winner and three (3) guests to the fireworks game on September 18, 2026 vs. the Seattle Mariners (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $350; and (ii) $250 Rockies gift card (ARV: $250). The total ARV of the prize is $600.

Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of The Colorado Rockies. Winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. The Colorado Rockies and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket. Where applicable, participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities.

Selection of Winner and Notification: A random drawing among all eligible entries received will be conducted on or about September 10, 2026 by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or U.S. mail. In the event a winner is unreachable, a winner's prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the Affidavit as specified above the winner will forfeit the prize. A forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. To obtain the prize winner’s name, send a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at 5910 S. University, C-18 PMB 178, Greenwood Village, CO 80121 after September 10, 2026; provided, however, such request must be received by Sponsor no later than sixty (60) days from the end date of the Sweepstakes.
Prize Restrictions: One prize only per entrant. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No prize transfers permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any expenses and any other costs not described as part of the prize including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, meals, and gratuity. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of winners.
Taxes: All Federal, State and local taxes associated with receipt of the Prize, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner may be required to sign an IRS W-9 or its equivalent. Sponsor will send the prize winner an IRS Form 1099-Misc, which must be executed and delivered to Sponsor in order to receive the Prize. The prize winner may be required to claim the prize as income under State and/or Federal law.
Disclaimer and General Release: By entry into the Sweepstakes, winner agrees that the Colorado Rockies, Xcel Energy and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, partners, members, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for (i) injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded; (ii) any failure of the event to occur or a performer to appear (in which case, Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute the prize); (iii) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmission of entries; or (iv) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damage caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrants’ granting Sponsor permission to use entrants’ name and/or likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation or approval.
Disputes: Any legal disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court in the State of Colorado. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or Sponsor’s rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Use of Entrants’ and Winners’ Entries and Privacy Consent and Release: All submitted Sweepstakes entries shall become the sole property of Sponsor and may be used for purposes related to Sponsor’s mission, including without limitation, research and strategy, art, publicity, marketing, trade and promotion of Sponsor and its various programs without compensation to Sweepstakes entrants or any others. By submitting an entry for this Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes entrants relinquish and give Sponsor all rights, title and interests in and to the submitted entries, including any copyright. This consent and release shall be binding on the entrants’ heirs, family members, successors, assigns and legal representatives. Sweepstakes entrants may only revoke this consent in writing and only with respect to the future use of submitted entries by Sponsor after Sponsor receives written notice of Sweepstakes entrants’ or winners’ request of revocation of consent pursuant to this section. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor is collecting the information requested and will retain information collected from Sweepstakes entrants for its own use including, but not limited to, research, strategy and marketing purposes. Sponsor will not sell information collected from Sweepstakes entrants to third parties; provided, however, Sponsor will provide information collected from Sweepstakes entrants to such third parties if Sweepstakes entrants opt to do so as part of the Survey.
