Ballpark Pass FAQ
Q: When will I be able to start managing my Ballpark Pass?
A: Your Ballpark Pass account will be live and accessible within the MLB Ballpark app just a few minutes after your purchase is complete. When you download the MLB Ballpark app, make sure to use the same email address used for purchase to create your account. Once inside the app, click on Ballpark Pass under the Ballpark menu.
Q: If I use all my Ballpark Pass tickets, can I buy more?
A: Yes, you can purchase additional Ballpark Passes by returning to Rockies.com/Pass.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of Ballpark Pass tickets I am allowed to redeem per game?
A: Yes, you can redeem up to 6 tickets per game.
Q: Once I activate my Ballpark Pass, can I upgrade my seats?
A: Yes, once you receive your digital tickets and enter the venue, you can upgrade your tickets by clicking the Upgrades button in the Ballpark menu of the MLB Ballpark app.
Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The Ballpark Pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded to redeem your tickets.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Ballpark Pass is a mobile-only program within the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Coors Field and seat assignments will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app.
Q: Can I purchase Ballpark Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Coors Field.
Q: Are Ballpark Passes refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Ballpark Pass purchases are non-refundable. Passes that have been redeemed for tickets are subject to the rainout policies.
Q: Which games are included with my Ballpark Pass?
A: Your Ballpark Pass includes tickets to all regular season games excluding July 3-4, and September 28 (subject to availability).
Q: If I purchase a Ballpark Pass package am I guaranteed Postseason ticket privileges?
A: The best to way receive preferred locations and the lowest prices for Postseason tickets is to purchase a Season Ticket or a Mini-Plan package. Flex Ballpark Pass buyers will have limited Postseason opportunities. Rooftop Ballpark Pass buyers will not be guaranteed Postseason opportunities.
ENTERING COORS FIELD
Q: How do I get into Coors Field with my Ballpark Pass?
A: The tickets you choose to redeem for a game can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and go to the Tickets section to view your barcodes.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: To send your tickets to a guest, go to the Tickets section in the MLB Ballpark app. Tap the game you want to transfer your tickets for and tap "Forward" in the upper right corner. Select the ticket you want to send and then tap "Forward" at the bottom of your screen.
ROOFTOP BALLPARK PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Rooftop Ballpark Pass?
A: Rooftop Ballpark Pass tickets get you Standing Room Only access to The Rooftop at Coors Field. For some games general admission seating in sections U310-314 may become available on a first come, first served basis. The availability of section U310-314 will not be determined and announced until the day of the game.
FLEX BALLPARK PASS SEAT LOCATIONS
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Flex Ballpark Pass?
A: Yes! Once you select the game you want to attend an actual seat location will loaded into you MLB Ballpark App account (subject to availability).
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to Guest Services at either Section 127 or Section 305 on The Rooftop (across from the Gate A elevator) and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Ballpark Pass. The best elevator access to The Rooftop will be from Gate A elevator (Section 105). Additionally, drink rails and eating surfaces are available for those with disabilities as well throughout The Rooftop. You can also call 303-ROCKIES after you reserve your seat.
Q: Can I sell my Ballpark Pass tickets that I do not use?
A: No. Passes can only be managed through the Ballpark App and cannot be resold.
