Passport Mini-Plan Ticket Return Program

  • You can Return tickets and use the Credit for new tickets when YOU desire later this season.
  • Returning Tickets to your Account can only be done online via "My Rockies Account" by the original account holder.
  • To return a ticket, on your "My Rockies Account", select the event, then use the MORE button, and finally choose RETURN.
  • You can RETURN TICKETS and parking up to 4 HOURS prior to the game you cannot attend.
  • If a ticket has been transferred to another person, it must be transferred back to the original account holder to Return.
  • The Coors Field ticket windows and Rockies Dugout Stores are not able to assist with Plan Holder Returns.
  • There are no online fees when Returning tickets.
  • Account Credit cannot be applied Premium seating areas, Rockies Suites, Party Facilities, Groups, Power Tickets or other special offer tickets.
  • All Account Credits must be used during the 2026 Regular Season.
  • If you are unable to Return your tickets for Account Credit 4 hours prior to the game, you can complete the Plan Holder Unused Ticket Program Form and receive digital vouchers to redeem for your unused tickets from a past game. There is a $3.00 per ticket fee when redeeming vouchers for the following games: PHI (4/5), HOU (4/6-8), SD (4/21-23), NYM (5/4-6), TEX (5/18-20), MIA (6/29-7/2), SF (7/5), WAS (7/20-22), TB (8/3-5), BAL (8/31-9/2), SD (9/14-17), and AZ (9/22-24)
