Passport Mini-Plan Redemption Information

Thank you for your purchase of the Rockies Passport Mini-Plan!

Redemption Instructions:

  1. Log in to your "My Rockies Account" using the email address on your Mini-Plan account.*
  2. Select "REDEEM Credits" to view the list of games. If you do not see “REDEEM Credits”, select the Rockies logo in the upper left corner.
  3. Select your desired game, and then select your seat location. Please allow 20 seconds for games and map to load.
  4. Complete the Checkout steps and add on Parking, if desired.
  5. To finish redeeming, select the option to apply credits towards your purchase and submit your order. You will get an email confirming your seats.

For All-Star Passports, please note that credits CANNOT be applied to Opening Day/Red Sox Series tickets. Opening Day/Red Sox Series tickets will require a credit card to purchase.

*You can view your remaining credit by selecting My Account Credit at the top left of the menu bar.

All Account Credit must be used during the 2024 Regular Season.
