Season Ticket Holder Ticket Return Program

  • You can Return tickets and use the Credit for new tickets when YOU desire during the 2026 season.
  • Returning Tickets to your Account can only be done online via "My Rockies Account" by the original account holder.
  • To Return a ticket, on your "My Rockies Account", select the event, then the MORE button, and finally select RETURN.
  • If a ticket has been forwarded to another person, it must be forwarded back to the original account holder to Return.

  • When using Credit, the price will be at the discounted Plan Holder Single Game rate. Credit cannot be applied to Opening Day, Premium seating areas, Rockies Suites, Party Facilities, Groups, Power Tickets or other special offer tickets.
  • The Coors Field ticket windows and Rockies Dugout Stores are not able to assist with Plan Holder Returns.
  • There are no online fees when Returning tickets.
  • All Account Credits must be used during the 2026 Regular Season.
