MLB Tokyo Series 2025 - Get Help Receiving Your Tickets
What do you need help with?

I have been assigned tickets and am looking to access them.

Are you the end user of these tickets or do you plan on sending them to someone else?

If you have tickets for the Tokyo Series, the easiest way to access or forward them is using the MLB Ballpark app.

Please click the button below to log into your account with the email address and password you used to purchase or accepted your tickets with.

To forward your tickets, on the My Tickets Inventory page, click the blue forward tickets button on the bottom of the page and select the tickets you would like to forward. Once you have selected your tickets, please click add a friend and enter the information and email of the person you wish to forward these tickets to and confirm. Then click the forward tickets button.
