MLB Little League Classic

presented by New York Life

The Milwaukee Brewers and Atlanta Braves will compete in the 2026 MLB Little League Classic presented by New York Life, live on ESPN Sunday, August 23 at 7:00 p.m. ET, a matchup that carries special meaning through their shared connection to MLB legend and icon Hank Aaron, who played for both teams. The game will take place at Historic Bowman Field in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, home of the Williamsport Crosscutters of the collegiate MLB Draft League, and will be hosted by MLB and the MLBPA. Participating players, coaches and families of the 2026 Little League Baseball World Series, along with Williamsport area residents, will fill a significant portion of Bowman Field’s capacity for this celebration of the game and its legacy.

This year's event will pay homage to Hank Aaron through the continuation of his famous mantra, "Keep Swinging", celebrating his perseverance, courage, and optimism in a way that resonates with young players navigating their own challenges on and off the field. At its core, "Keep Swinging" is about resilience, belief, and courage, and it reminds people of all ages that showing up and trying again is often the most important win of all.

The Little League Classic was launched in August 2017, between the Pittsburgh Pirates and the St. Louis Cardinals, and has since featured matchups between the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies in 2018, the Pirates and the Chicago Cubs in 2019, the Cleveland Indians and Los Angeles Angels in 2021, the Baltimore Orioles and Boston Red Sox in 2022, the Washington Nationals and Phillies in 2023, and the New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers in 2024 and the Seattle Mariners and New York Mets in 2025.
