Bobby Witt Jr. and Kris Bubic, Royals

Witt (Grade 1 right MCL sprain) was out of the lineup for the third straight game on June 22 but completed a "very encouraging" workout and could return in the coming days, depending on how he recovers.

Bubic (left elbow soreness) will re-start a rehab assignment with Triple-A Omaha on June 24.

Francisco Lindor and Clay Holmes, Mets

Lindor (left calf strain) will play one more rehab game with Triple-A Syracuse on June 23, after which he could return.

Holmes (fractured right fibula) will undergo follow-up imaging on June 26, after which he could begin ramping back up.

Shane Bieber, Max Scherzer and Addison Barger, Blue Jays

Bieber (right elbow inflammation) will make his 2026 debut on June 23.

Scherzer (back spasms) is feeling better and was able to throw a bullpen session on June 22. His next steps are still to be determined.

Barger (right elbow inflammation) could begin a rehab assignment as soon as June 25.

Corey Seager and Jack Leiter, Rangers

Seager (concussion) will progress to taking live batting practice on June 23.

Leiter was placed on the 15-day injured list on June 21 (retroactive to June 19) with a right ankle posterior impingement.

Elly De La Cruz and Emilio Pagán, Reds

De La Cruz (right hamstring strain) will be activated on June 23, per manager Terry Francona.

Pagán (Grade 2 left hamstring train) faced live hitters for the second time on June 22, throwing 25 pitches. He is expected to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Louisville on June 25.

Chase DeLauter, Guardians

DeLauter (right rib cage fracture) has resumed hitting, running and throwing. The team is hopeful he can return during their homestand beginning June 26.

Matthew Boyd and Daniel Palencia, Cubs

Boyd (left meniscus injury) is expected to return June 25 against the Mets.

Palencia has a mild flexor strain in his right elbow and will be shut down from June 22-28 with the hope of then beginning a throwing program.

Jack Flaherty and Wenceel Pérez, Tigers

Flaherty (left peroneal strain) is scheduled to make a rehab start with Double-A Erie on June 23.

Pérez was placed on the 10-day IL on June 19 with a left orbital fracture but is not expected to suffer any long-term damage to his eyesight. He has returned to Detroit for further evaluation.

Trent Grisham and Max Fried, Yankees

Grisham (right hamstring strain) will rejoin the team during their June 25-28 series in Boston to participate in more baseball activities.

Fried (left elbow bone bruise) is feeling "great," per manager Aaron Boone. He threw a bullpen on June 19 and is aiming to face live hitters by the end of June or in early July.

Jared Jones, Oneil Cruz and Konnor Griffin, Pirates

Jones left his June 21 start against the Rockies after being struck on the right elbow by a comebacker. Initial imaging came back clean, and he was scheduled to be reevaluated on June 22.

Cruz (left hand fourth and fifth metacarpal non-displaced fractures) was expected to be evaluated for a return to baseball activities on June 22.

Griffin (right forearm strain) is expected to begin a rehab assignment in the week of June 22.

Mike Trout, Angels

Trout was placed on the 10-day IL on June 18 with a right hamstring strain.

Logan Henderson, Brewers

Henderson (low back strain) has had one successful live BP session as of June 21 and is scheduled for another on June 23. If all goes well, he could begin a rehab assignment shortly thereafter.

Will Smith, Blake Treinen and Teoscar Hernández, Dodgers

Smith (stiff neck) will not travel with the Dodgers on their upcoming road trip but could return sometime during their homestand beginning July 2.

Treinen was placed on the injured list on June 20 with right elbow inflammation. Imaging revealed no structural damage.

Hernández (left hamstring strain) is set to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on June 23.

Bailey Ober and Mick Abel, Twins

Ober (right elbow inflammation) reported no ill effects after a June 20 bullpen session.

Abel (right elbow inflammation) woke up with soreness after his June 19 bullpen session and was scheduled for an MRI on June 22.

Lance McCullers Jr. and Ronel Blanco, Astros

McCullers (right rotator cuff impingement) will make his first rehab start on June 25 with Triple-A Sugar Land.

Blanco (torn right UCL) will make his second rehab start on June 25 with Double-A Corpus Christi.

DJ Herz and Jake Irvin, Nationals

Herz (left UCL sprain) has been shut down after suffering a left flexor strain in his June 16 rehab appearance with Single-A Fredericksburg.

Irvin (right shoulder strain) has rejoined the Nationals as of June 22 and will have a bullpen session on June 23.

Jackson Holliday and Adley Rutschman, Orioles

Holliday has been experiencing groin tightness since June 19 and was held out of the lineup on June 21. He does not believe the issue to be serious.

Rutschman left the Orioles' June 18 game against the Mariners after being hit on the left ear by a throw from shortstop Colt Emerson in the top of the ninth. He was placed on the 7-day concussion IL on June 20.

Liam Hicks and Eury Pérez, Marlins

Hicks was placed on the 10-day IL on June 21 with a low back strain. He underwent an MRI on June 22.

Pérez (gracilis strain in right thigh) felt great during a bullpen session on June 22 and will be evaluated for a potential June 24 return.

Brenton Doyle and Jose Quintana, Rockies

Doyle (left oblique contusion) ran the bases on June 21 and expects to begin a rehab assignment on June 23.

Quintana (left elbow sprain) will receive a follow-up MRI at the end of the month with the hope of being cleared to play catch.

Mike Soroka and Jordan Lawlar, D-backs

Soroka left his June 19 start in the second inning with left posterior hip discomfort. He was placed on the IL on June 20 with a strained left glute.

Lawlar was placed on the IL on June 20 with a strained right hamstring.
