Access Guide for Guests With Disabilities

The Houston Astros operate a small number of parking lots on the east side of Minute Maid Park. Each lot includes spaces designated for accessible parking. The following list details the lots and the corresponding number of ADA spaces:

Lot A - 28 spaces

Lot B - 8 spaces

Lot C - 29 spaces

All entrances and exits are accessible.

Seats in the Diamond Club and the Insperity Club and most seats between Sections 100-120, Sections 208-227, and Section 305-329 provide a view of the Captioning Board.

To ensure that all fans enjoy their visit to Minute Maid Park and the Houston Astros have put into place policies and physical elements that meet and exceed all service and structural requirements stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Please see the listing for elevators and escalators for seating in close proximity to those devices.

Wheelchair seating for fans with mobility concerns is available throughout the ballpark from virtually all vantage points. Prices will vary depending on seating level. Please inform the ticket representative of your special seating needs at the time of purchase. Call (713) 259-8700 for details.

Guests who arrive at and enter the ballpark and require accessible seating may visit the Fan Accommodations centers at Section 112 and Section 323 for assistance in ticket relocation. Relocations are subject to availability.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for our fans with hearing and visual impairments. The devices, which carry the public address system comments, are available at Fan Accommodations at Section 112 on the main concourse. Identification will be required to check out the devices.

Two ATMs operated by Amegy Bank are available at Section 108 and near the 19th Hole in Center Field for our fans' convenience.

Cash will not be accepted anywhere within the stadium. To account for this, reverse ATMs are located at Sections 108, 218, 315, and near the 19th Hole in Center Field.

VISA, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted at all retail locations and concessions stands.

A captioning board, for the benefit of our fans with hearing impairments, is located above the Mezzanine level in Right Field. The board will display the PA announcer's comments, as well as other in-game information.

In addition, fans can access Closed Captioning in the palm of their hands by clicking the "Closed Captioning" icon on the Astros tab of the MLB Ballpark app.

Fans may be dropped off/picked up on the east side of Minute Maid Park at Preston and Hamilton.

Electrical outlets are positioned at the accessible seating/space locations so that guests may charge their batteries while enjoying the game.

Elevators: Elevators for all fans are located on the third base side of the ballpark near Section 109. An elevator on the first base side near Section 128 is designated for use by guests with mobility limitations. The elevator provides access to the Honda Club Level, the Bank of America Suite Level, and the Upper Levels (Sections 305-434) of Minute Maid Park.

Limited-access elevators to the Phillips66 Diamond Club, the Honda Club Level and Bank of America Suite Level can be found at the Clock Tower, or Premium, entrance.

Elevators accessing the Silverado Mezzanine Level are located behind Section 156.

An elevator in center field provides access to the various levels of the area including the Silverado Mezzanine, the Batter’s Eye, and the Field Club.

Escalators: Escalators for general fan use to the Honda Club Level and the Upper Concourse are located at Section 109, near Union Station. Escalators near the Center Field Entrance provide access to the Silverado Mezzanine. Escalators providing access to only the Honda Club Level and the Bank of America Suite Level can be found at the Clock Tower entrance.

First Aid centers are located on the Main Concourse at Section 150 and on the Upper Concourse at Section 334. Guests in need of medical assistance should contact the nearest Guest Services Representative/Usher who will request the dispatch of First Aid.

For assistance with any Guest Services offerings, please visit our Fan Accommodations centers at Section 112 on the main concourse and Section 323 on the Upper Concourse. Fan Accommodations can assist with a wide variety of items ranging from ticketing resolutions and lost & found to directions in and around the ballpark.

Sixteen family restrooms are conveniently located throughout the ballpark. These single stalled, private bathrooms with baby changing tables are located near the following sections:

The Houston Astros and Minute Maid Park welcome service animals assisting visitors to the ballpark. ADA.gov defines a service animal as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person's disability. The grassy area outside the Center Field Gate is designated the animal relief area.

With the move to fully digital ticket sales, the Minute Maid Box Office is open only on game days to assist with ticket resolutions. All Box Office windows along Texas Avenue at Minute Maid Park are accessible.

Accessible Seating is available from virtually all vantage points in Minute Maid Park. The designated seating exceeds the ADA requirements and is available on a first come-first served basis. Guests should request Accessible Seating when purchasing their tickets.

In keeping with our standard Astros home game policy, each guest may bring a factory sealed, clear bottle of water up to one liter in size into the ballpark on game days.

The Houston Astros provide courtesy wheelchair service at all home games. Once a guest arrives at the gate and requests this service, a wheelchair will be dispatched and an attendant will take the fan to his/her seating area. When the guest is ready to depart, the service is also available to take him/her to the exit.
