What's new with Ballpark in 2026
Stronger Account Security with Multi-Factor Authentication
To help keep your MLB account more secure, MLB is adding multi-factor authentication (MFA). When you sign in, you'll use your email and password, then confirm it's you with a 6-digit verification code sent to your email. You'll also be asked to add a mobile number so you can use SMS verification.
After you're enrolled, you'll sign in with your email and password and then verify your identity using either email or text message.
Improved Home tab for Gameday
The Ballpark Home tab now makes it easier to access key stadium information for your gameday experience. Ticket holders can quickly view items like interactive maps, stadium games, and your MLB Wallet (at participating venues) for team-specific offers, all directly from the Home tab.
Tap on your ticket card to dive deeper into venue-specific details that help you plan your visit and get into the ballpark smoothly. You'll find stadium A-Z guide, gate opening times, parking information, gameday weather, directions, Go-Ahead Entry details (at participating venues), and Know Before You Go tips. Everything you need to make your gameday experience stress-free is just a tap away.

Getting Started & Verifying Ticketing and Loyalty Accounts
Accessing the MLB Ballpark app
The MLB Ballpark app can be downloaded directly from the App Store on Apple devices or Google Play on Android devices. Accessing content in the MLB Ballpark app requires an MLB or a Club.com (e.g., Padres.com) account. If you do not have an existing account, you can create a new account during initial app login.
MLB Ballpark Digital Ticketing
The MLB Ballpark app's digital ticketing features allow you to purchase new tickets, present existing tickets at the ballpark for entry, and forward tickets to friends and family, or receive tickets. These features can be found in the "Tickets" tab, "Wallet" section or on the "Home" tab for upcoming games. For additional information on how to set up and use the new MLB Ballpark app digital ticketing features, please refer to the "MLB Ballpark Digital Ticketing" section below.
For any "Wallet," account, tickets, or related support inquiries, please utilize the MLB Ballpark app Digital Assistant for step-by-step assistance.
Club Loyalty Programs
If you are a member of a participating Club's loyalty program, you can access that program by navigating to the Team tab and tapping on your team's Loyalty program module. The location of this module card may differ from Club to Club based on how that Club has configured its Team tab.
If you are signed in with your MLB/Club.com account associated with the Loyalty program, you will be taken to a digital membership card, where you can view your account information, benefits, and stored value (eCash, if applicable). If your accounts are not successfully linked, you will be provided with Club-specific contact information for assistance. For inquiries about Club Loyalty program usage, your account, reward points, or stored value (eCash), please review the specific information for the Club.

What should I do if I am unable to present my tickets using the MLB Ballpark app?
If you are unable to access your tickets via MLB Ballpark digital ticketing or the "Tickets" tab in the MLB Ballpark app, please contact the Box Office for immediate assistance or select the Digital Assistant chat icon at the top right-hand corner of the "Home" or "Tickets" tab.
If you do not remember your MLB account password, you can request a new password for your MLB account by tapping on "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.
Ticketmaster customer service can also help troubleshoot any ticketing related issues.
