Blue Jays Baseball Academy Showcase

For the safety of our amateur athletes, coaches, scouts, and stakeholders, the Toronto Blue Jays have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Blue Jays Baseball Academy Showcase (formerly Tournament 12).

For eight seasons, the tournament has provided a platform for the best amateur baseball players in Canada to be recruited by college and professional scouts. The success of the tournament has in-part relied on a national in-person evaluation process, which starts in the spring and leads in to the fall tournament, to identify the best players from across the country to be showcased. Due to the travel restrictions still in place across Canada, we will unfortunately not be able to safely and comprehensively complete the evaluation process this year.

The Toronto Blue Jays look forward to welcoming the best amateur baseball players in Canada back to Rogers Centre in future years. Thank you for your support.
