Blue Jays Opening Day roster set

Yesterday the TORONTO BLUE JAYS made the following transactions in advance of Honda Opening Night vs. the Cleveland Indians, the clubs' 37th season.  

            3B BRETT LAWRIE (left oblique strain) was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 22. RHP DUSTIN McGOWAN (right shoulder strain) was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 27. RHP MICHAEL SCHWIMER (right lat strain) was placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 22.
