Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager

Account Manager ticket management is available to Blue Jays Season Ticket Members as well any fans who purchased any of our ticket products directly from the Toronto Blue Jays. Visit bluejays.com/tickethelp for ticketmaster.ca orders or for MLB Ballpark app mobile entry support.

Mobile Account Manager

Sign In on Mobile Account Manager

  1. On your mobile phone visit bluejays.com/tickethelp.
  2. Click on the Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager Tile.
  3. Log in to your Blue Jays Account Manager.

Access Your Tickets on Mobile Account Manager

  1. Once logged in, tap on the menu icon (top left) and select MY EVENTS.
  2. Tap on a game from your list of events. Scroll down and select one of your tickets/seats.
  3. A QR code will appear. Present it at the gate for scanning to gain entry.
  4. Swipe right to scan your next ticket.

Tip: If you are using an iPhone, add the ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay using the icon on the screen for easy access or sign in to MLB Ballpark app.

Transfer Your Tickets on Mobile Account Manager

  1. Log in to your Blue Jays Account Manager, tap on the menu icon (top left) and select MY EVENTS.
  2. Tap on TRANSFER and select a game from the list of events. Tap NEXT.
  3. Select the tickets you would like to transfer and tap NEXT.
  4. Add a new recipient or select an existing recipient to transfer the selected ticket to. Once selected, tap TRANSFER.
  5. A confirmation of your completed ticket transfer will display. Tap DONE.

Desktop Account Manager

Sign In on Desktop Account Manager

  1. Visit bluejays.com/tickethelp.
  2. Click on the Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager Tile.
  3. Log in to your Blue Jays Account Manager.

Transfer Your Tickets on Desktop Account Manager

  1. Log in to your Blue Jays Account Manager and click MY EVENTS on the top menu bar.
  2. Click on TRANSFER (top left) and select the game(s) you would like to transfer to a single contact from the list of events. Click NEXT.
  3. If you selected to transfer tickets from multiple games, click YES or NO to confirm or cancel your event selection.
  4. Select the tickets/seats you would like to transfer and click NEXT.
  5. Add a new recipient or select an existing recipient to transfer the selected ticket to. Once selected, click TRANSFER.
  6. A confirmation of your completed ticket transfer will display. Tap DONE.

Ticket Exchanges on Desktop Account Manager (available only to original purchasers for applicable ticket products)

  1. Log in to your Blue Jays Account Manager and click MY EVENTS on the top menu bar.
  2. Select the game you would like to exchange from the list of events. Click Select Event.
  3. Under MY TICKETS, click MORE and select EXCHANGE.
  4. Select the tickets/seats you would like to exchange and click CONTINUE.
  5. Find the game you would like to exchange into, click SELECT EVENT.
  6. Click on the section and select new seats. Click CONTINUE.
  7. A cost summary will appear. Confirm mobile delivery method and click NEXT.
  8. Apply credit card information if balance requires payment and agree to Terms & Conditions. Click PAY TODAY.
  9. An order summary will appear for your confirmation.

Posting Tickets for Sale on Desktop Account Manager (for applicable ticket products only)

  1. Log in to your Blue Jays Account Manager and click MY EVENTS on the top menu bar.
  2. Select the game you would like to post for sale from the list of events. Click SELECT EVENT.
  3. Click SELL,
  4. Select the tickets/seats you would like to sell and click CONTINUE.
  5. Click CONTINUE to enter StubHub Marketplace. For additional support, please visit the StubHub Help Centre.
