GATE ENTRY

• Concert gate opening times vary; please refer to bluejays.com/concerts closer to the event or reference your Know Before You Go email communication (sent 24 hours prior to each show).
• Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early to allow extra time for gate entry.
• Gate assignments are specific to your seat location – please enter at the gate listed on your mobile ticket.
• The stadium’s designated accessible entrance is Gate 7, located on the south side of the building along Bremner Boulevard. Refer to our accessibility guide for more information.

BAG POLICY

• Large bags are NOT PERMITTED.
• Bags smaller than 7”x 4”x 2” are allowed and all bags are subject to security search prior to entry.
• Artist(s) gifts will not be accepted or collected. These items are strongly discouraged.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Large bags are NOT PERMITTED.
• Cameras/recording equipment and video/audio devices including iPads, tablets, and GoPros are not permitted.
• The following items are prohibited: selfie sticks, weapons, fireworks, air horns, glass bottles/containers, cans, hard plastic containers or other potential projectiles, balloons, beach balls, Frisbees, laser pens/pointers, large umbrellas, musical instruments, pets, bulk foods, flashlights, battery packs, lights, drones, outside food/beverage, outside alcohol, signs and anything deemed inadmissible by security. Upon entry into the stadium, you will be subject to a search.
• While we appreciate the creativity and effort fans will put into their event outfits, it is important that all clothing/costuming does not impact the comfort and safety of all guests and meets the following guidelines:
  • No hard plastics
  • No metal spikes (metal studs are permitted)
  • No chains (of any kind)
• Fan signs of any size/kind are not permitted

TICKET PURCHASES

• Authorized Rogers Centre concert tickets are only available through ticketmaster.ca or by using the Ticketmaster mobile app.
• Blue Jays/Rogers Centre Box Office is available for mobile ticket support when gates open; ticket purchases are not available onsite.
• Our 2023 concerts do not have age limits; ages two and over (2+) require a ticket.

MOBILE TICKETS

• Rogers Centre concert tickets are delivered digitally and must be scanned in at the gate using the Ticketmaster app on a mobile device. Please note screenshots of barcodes will not scan.
• Each fan must present their own personal digital ticket, with the exception of minors and those who require accessible support.
• Only mobile concert tickets are valid for entry and rolling barcodes are in effect; paper or PDF tickets are not accepted.

TRAVELLING TO THE STADIUM

• Rogers Centre is located in the heart of downtown Toronto and is accessible on foot, by personal vehicle, or public transit systems including TTC, GO Train, Via Rail, and UP Express LEARN MORE
• Due to road closures, fans requiring accessible drop off must communicate this need to the police on duty to access the area. Fans with reserved parking will be directed to access the south lanes of Bremner Blvd.

PARKING

• Standard road closures will be in place by the city surrounding Rogers Centre including reduced traffic lanes along Bremner Blvd; using public transit is encouraged.
• There are several independently owned parking facilities located within walking distance of Rogers Centre. Prices and availability are managed by the individual proprietors and are not connected with the Blue Jays organization.
• A limited number of parking spaces are available in the underground lot for guests with accessibility needs. Reservations are required on event days and can be made by calling 416-341-1234. Please have your disability permit number handy for bookings. Cashless payment is required.

MEETING/WAITING LOCATIONS

In-Stadium Fan Services Locations:

• Floor Level: Fan Services near Section C7/ the Visitor’s Dugout
• 100 Level: Sections 120 and 136
• 200 Level: Sections 212 and 236
• 500 Level: Section 508 and 532

Outdoor Locations:

Accessible Pick-Up/Drop-Off:

• Gate 7 – our Designated Accessibility Entrance located on Bremner Blvd
• Gate 13 – Marriott Toronto – City Centre Hotel round-about located at the North West corner of the stadium on Blue Jays Way

Non-Accessible Pick-Up/Drop-Off:

• All guests without accessible needs are encouraged to meet any vehicle pick-ups near 5/6 along Bremner Blvd across from Steamwhistle Brewery, near Gates 10/11 on Navy Wharf Crescent, or through Gates 2/3 on Front Street between Blue Jays Way and John Street

Please note that due to local road closures, car pickups are not available along Bremner Blvd.

CASHLESS PAYMENT ONLY

• Rogers Centre is accepting cashless payment only.
• Reverse ATMs (cash input to receive a pre-loaded debit card) are available at the following locations:
  • 100-Level: Inside Jays Shop (Section 112), Section 136
  • 500-Level: Section 508
• ReadyCard balance checks can be completed at any ReadySTATION inside Rogers Centre, by calling their Customer Service line at 1-844-753-7583, or by visiting their website at readycard.mycardplace.com.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

• Outside food and/or beverage is not permitted in Rogers Centre. Fan(s) who arrive at the stadium with food and/or beverage will be asked to dispose of their items prior to entry.
• Food and beverage concessions are open at Rogers Centre.
• Fans are strictly prohibited from bringing outside alcohol inside Rogers Centre. Glass or metal bottles are not permitted.

MERCHANDISE

• Concert tour merchandise will be available to ticket holders at various locations along the stadium concourse.
• When available, pre-show exterior merchandise locations will be shared in your Know Before You Go email communication (sent 24 hours prior to each show)

MULTIPURPOSE SPACES

• 3 multipurpose washrooms (Section 134, 238, 538), and a universal washroom (Section 117) are available at Rogers Centre for guests who prefer a little extra room or privacy. The universal washroom includes a barrier-free toilet and sink, turning space to accommodate a wheeled mobility device, entrance with a power door, grab bars, emergency call system, and an adult size change table.
• An Infant Feeding Room is also open at Section 240.

NOISE & LIGHT SENSITIVITY RECOMMENDATIONS

• The concert experience is often one of excitement, singing, and cheering! The volume within the ballpark stadium may reach high decibels at certain points throughout an event due to the sound system, music, and cheer of the crowd.
• We recommend children and those who may be noise sensitive bring ear protection with them to their event.
• Please note that strobe lighting and/or pyro may be used during concert performances which may impact young children or those with photo-sensitive conditions.

ACCESSIBLE EXPERIENCE

• Rogers Centre is proud to be a Sensory Inclusive Certified venue by KultureCity. A Sensory Room is available for all guests who may require this space at Section 212 behind the Fan Services. Additionally, Sensory Bags are available at the following Fan Services locations:
  • Floor Level – Near to Section C7/ Visitor’s Dugout
  • 100 Level – Sec. 120 and 136
  • 200 Level – Sec. 212 and 236
  • 500 Level – Sec. 508 and 532
• Please note: headphones in Sensory Bags do not provide hearing protection. Fans attending concerts with young kids are strongly encouraged to bring hearing protection with them to the event.
• Quiet Areas are located at 100L and 200L Gate 3 elevator lobby.
• Rogers Centre does not offer the rental of wheelchairs during games/events, however, our Accessible Support Ushers are able to provide wheelchair escorts to those who require assistance to their seats. Fans requiring assistance or information regarding accessibility should contact our Fan Services Team by phone at 416-341-1000 or by email at [email protected] at least one (1) business day prior to their planned visit. • Fans requiring sign language interpreting services for concerts at Rogers Centre should contact our Fan Services team a minimum of 30 days prior to the event and we will make every effort to accommodate. Fan Services can be contacted here by selecting the category “Fan Feedback” or by phone at 416-341-1000. When available, ASL interpreter services will be accommodated on the 100L near section 136. It is recommended that fans purchase tickets in a location priced similarly to this area.

FAN ASSIST

• Fans are invited to make use of Rogers Centre Fan Assist Program if they have an issue in their seating section or a question related to their experience. The process is quick and simple and by using the Fan Assist Program, fans are able to report issues in a discreet and convenient manner.
