Jays Shop Discount

• Full Season Ticket Members receive a 20% Jays Shop discount during the 2024 regular season. Stock up on all the most sought after merchandise at a discounted rate.
• Jays Shop merchandise discounts can be applied to most regularly priced Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball merchandise at any Jays Shop location, including the Stadium Edition at Rogers Centre Gate 5, and stadium kiosks. For your 2024 Full Season Ticket Membership, your discount will be valid from the beginning of the 2024 Blue Jays regular season until the final 2024 regular season home game.
• Jays Shop merchandise discounts cannot be used on game-used/game-ready merchandise, custom cresting services, publications, any postseason merchandise, gift cards, admission tickets, or shipping charges or surcharges. Jays Shop merchandise discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Full Season Ticket Member Wall of Fame
You have worked long and hard to get where you are today and in recognition of your commitment to the team, see your name displayed all season long on the digital Wall of Fame, located on the 100L concourse behind home plate, near Section 123. If you require changes to the name listed on the Wall of Fame, please contact your Service Executive.

Ticket Exchanges

• Customize your Membership as needed based on work, family, and personal demands that may require you to change your games.
• Unlimited ticket exchanges for Full Season Ticket Members.
• Only tickets from the Season Ticket Member's 2024 original Season Ticket Membership subscription can be exchanged (there are no exchanges for tickets acquired through a previous subscription package ticket exchange, group ticket sales, or single game ticket purchases.
• Ticket exchanges may only be performed online by the main account holder.
• If there is a difference in the cost between tickets being exchanged and the new tickets, account holders will be responsible for paying the difference.
• Reminder that you may exchange up to eight (8) tickets from your Membership to any one game, with the exception of Home Opener presented by TD which you can exchange up to four (4) tickets into.

Additional Single Game Tickets
Full Season Ticket Members have the opportunity to purchase additional single game tickets including the Home Opener – prior to the general public on sale, subject to availability.

Exclusive Presales
Full Season Ticket Members may receive access to presales for certain marquee events at Rogers Centre, if any.
