What is Simple Renew?
Simple Renew is a program designed to make the Season Ticket Membership renewal process easy and seamless. You will not have to worry about renewal deadlines or be asked to take action to ensure you get the best opportunity at relocation and benefits. A detailed description of the Simple Renew process is described in your 2027 Ticket Product Purchase Licence.

How does it work?
You will receive an email indicating that Simple Renew has begun, including your 2027 Ticket Product Purchase Licence, seat location, pricing information, and a link to your online Account Manager where you can view your invoice.

If you are planning to renew your Season Ticket Membership for the 2027 season, no action is required. You can enjoy your 2026 benefits, watch Blue Jays baseball, and relax knowing that your seats will be your seats again in 2027. If you no longer wish to retain your Season Ticket Membership, you may choose to opt out by filling out a simple form through this portal.

What about benefits?
By renewing, you will automatically get the best 2027 price and benefits package.

How do relocation/upgrades work?
If you wish to relocate to different seats, you will have the opportunity to do so as a benefit once renewal is complete. The relocation process selection priority order is based on your seating category and membership tenure.

What are the payment options?
You will automatically be enrolled in our flexible 5-month payment plan option with your card automatically charged on the 25th of each month from July until November.

How do I secure Postseason tickets?
Access to 2026 Postseason tickets is covered by your current 2026 Season Ticket Membership. Following Simple Renew, the service team will be in touch with details on how to formally secure the access.
