Clark Appearance Request

Thank you for your interest in having Clark make an appearance at your event. At this time, we are accepting requests for community and private events. As we try to integrate Clark back into the community, simply filling out the form does not guarantee an appearance. Clark’s participation in any community event will be determined with everyone’s safety in mind.

  • Requests should be submitted a minimum of one (1) month prior to the event
  • Requests are booked on a first come, first served basis.
