Group Loaded Value Tickets
Looking to provide your group outing guests with funds they can use for concessions at Wrigley Field? The Cubs now offer group Loaded Value Tickets for Group Ticket orders of 15 or more, allowing group leaders the ability to add either $10 or $25 in Cubs Value to their tickets. The funds can be redeemed at select concession stands via the mobile wallet on the MLB Ballpark app and when ordering through the “Order to Seat” or “Order at Concession Stand” features on the MLB Ballpark app.
The Cubs Value is connected to each ticket in your order and is distributed to your group members when you forward them their game ticket. We recommend forwarding the tickets at least 24 hours before the game.

Can I purchase group tickets with Cubs Value online?
- Yes, when purchasing group tickets online you are able to select either $10 or $25 in Loaded Value at the checkout page.
Can Cubs Value be added to individual tickets?
- No, Cubs Value can only be purchased with a Group Ticket order (minimum of 15 tickets).
How do I redeem the Cubs Value?
- Your tickets loaded with Cubs Value will appear in your “Mobile Wallet” in the MLB Ballpark app. For more information please view the full instructions at the bottom of the page. Cubs Value can be used at select concession stands by clicking the Cubs Value in your mobile wallet in the MLB Ballpark app. You can also select "Cubs Value" as your payment method when ordering concession items through the "Order to Seat" or "Order at Concession Stand" feature in the app. Cubs Value cannot be redeemed when ordering through a roaming vendor.
When can I utilize the Cubs Value?
- Cubs Value must be used on the date indicated on the ticket and expires at the completion of each game.
When I forward a ticket with Cubs Value does the recipient receive the Cubs Value funds with the ticket?
- Yes, the loaded value will automatically transfer along with the ticket. Please note that it takes approximately 15 minutes for funds to appear after the ticket is viewed by the recipient.
What happens if my concessions purchase is less than my Cubs Value?
- If the order total of your food and beverage purchase is less than the total Cubs Value available, the value remaining may be used for additional purchases during the game. Loaded value must be used on the date indicated on the ticket and expires at the completion of each game.
- Cubs Value is not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
What if my Cubs Value funds are not enough for my concessions order?
- Cubs Value may be combined with a credit card to complete a transaction. If the order value exceeds the available Cubs Value balance when ordering at a concession stand, you will be prompted to pay the remaining balance with a credit card. When ordering on the MLB Ballpark app you may select “Split Payment” during the order process to split payment between two payment types.
