Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test. In accordance with the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code, all attendees who are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine will be required to show proof at stadium entry gates, prior to entry, of either (a) full vaccination (i.e., at least two weeks have passed since the attendee has received the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine), or (b) a negative COVID-19 viral test (both PCR and antigen tests will be accepted) taken within 72 hours before the start time of the event.

What happens if it rains?

The Dodgers Holiday Festival will take place in light or moderate rain, but a day’s event may have to be canceled if severely inclement weather renders the experience unsafe or unenjoyable. Ticket purchasers will be notified by email of potential scheduling changes.

Where can I get tickets?

You can purchase tickets through our website at dodgers.com/holidayfestival.

Why do I have to buy a ticket for “Enter Before 7 p.m.” or “Enter After 7 p.m.” as opposed to just buying a ticket for the event date?

Holiday Festival admission will be sold in two timeslots per day in an attempt to stagger the entrance flow of attendees: Enter Before 7pm and Enter After 7pm. Note, the main objective in doing this is to minimize overcrowding and excessively long entrance lines.

Can I buy tickets at Dodger Stadium?

Tickets are only available for purchase through dodgers.com/holidayfestival. Box offices will not be open.

What are the different ticket options?

All entrants ages four and older require an admission ticket. Admission tickets are sold with designated event entry “before 7 p.m.” or “after 7 p.m.”

Separate timed tickets are required for Ice Skating and Photos with Santa.

Purchasing a ticket for Ice Skating or Photos with Santa does NOT include admission to the event, so anyone who wants to do one of these events would need two or three separate tickets: one for admission into the event, one for Ice Skating, and one for Photos with Santa.

If you purchase a ticket for Ice Skating or Photos with Santa, please be careful to ensure that the time(s) you select for Ice Skating or Photos with Santa are consistent with the time you select for admission to the event. For example, if your admission ticket is for “after 7 p.m.” then please do not buy an Ice Skating session for 5:30 p.m. No refunds or exchanges would be allowed in this situation, and you would not be able to access the Ice Skating session.

Does every individual need a ticket?

Yes, every person ages four and older needs a ticket to enter. For Ice Skating, every participant, regardless of age, needs an Ice Skating ticket. For Photos with Santa, every photo session, regardless of the age or number of its photo participants, needs a Photos with Santa ticket.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except if a day’s event is canceled.

Is Ice Skating included in the price of general admission? What does it cost?

Ice Skating is not included in the price of admission. Separate Ice Skating tickets are available online for designated timeslots and start at $15. The ticket price includes skate rental.

What happens to Ice Skating in case of inclement weather?

In the case of rainy conditions, the rink may be closed even if the Dodgers Holiday Festival is still open.

Can I bring my own skates?

No, personal skates will not be allowed into the event.

Do you have skates in all sizes?

We have skates rentals available in youth and adult sizes that range from US children’s 8.5 to US men’s 14. The skate rentals are included in the price of an Ice Skating ticket.

How long can I skate for?

Each Ice Skating session is 30 minutes. Tickets are purchased for a specific time.

Are there any requirements to ice skate?

Ice Skating is only available to guests four years of age and older. Everyone is required to acknowledge and agree to the waiver upon admission. Adults may sign the waiver for each child skating alone.

How many Photos with Santa tickets do I need to buy if multiple people in my party want to have their photo taken with Santa?

Each Photos with Santa ticket is valid for one unique combination of people having their picture taken with Santa. If two or more people want to have their photo taken together with Santa, then only one Photos with Santa ticket is required. If two or more people want to have their photos separately taken with Santa, then a number of Photos with Santa tickets corresponding to the number of combinations of people taking their photos is required.

What if I want one picture taken with one of my kids alone and then one picture taken with both of my kids together?

Two Photos with Santa tickets would be required: one for the first kid alone and then one for both kids together.

What is the maximum number of people who can have their photo taken with Santa at one time?

We can accommodate up to six people at one time.

Can friends and family members wait in line for Photos with Santa even if they aren’t having their picture taken?

Yes, we welcome all guests who want to accompany a party in line with a valid ticket for Photos with Santa.

Can friends or family members take photos on their cellphones or other handheld devices alongside the professional photos being taken with Santa?

No, in order to maintain an efficient operation and let everyone with a Photo with Santa ticket have their turn, we ask that you do not take personal photos alongside the professional photos. Under no circumstances can we delay the process to accommodate personal photo requests.

How do I access my photo?

At the photo session, you will be provided a card with instructions on how to access and download your digital photo.

When will my photo be available for download?

While we will make every attempt to post photos as quickly as possible, photos will be available for download within two hours from the conclusion of the day's event.

Can I purchase a printed photo to take home with me?

Sorry, in order to accommodate as many guests as possible, we are not offering on-site printing. Printed photos and keepsakes can be purchased online for home delivery.
