Redemption policies

• You have 30 days to claim your reward(s) unless an alternative expiration date is specified.
• Please allow 2 business days for your item to be ready for pick up.
• Items must be picked up by the account owner.
• Screenshots of redemption codes are not permitted.
• Reward(s) may be claimed during Dodger home games before the end of the fifth inning.
  • Season Ticket Members can claim their reward(s) at Membership Headquarters, located on the Field Level near the Dodgers Bullpen.
  • All other fans can claim their reward(s) at the Sales Center, located on the Field level by the Visitor Bullpen.
• Reward(s) may be claimed during non-gamedays by scheduling an appointment prior to the reward’s expiration.
  • Season Ticket Members should reach out to their dedicated Membership Service Representative.
  • All other fans should reach out to [email protected].
• If reward(s) are not picked up by expiration date: both points and items will expire. Points will not be refunded.
• All rewards points transactions are final.

Season Ticket Members and Group Leaders may get invited to attend exclusive events throughout the year as part of their benefits. Events from 2023 included Batting Practice on the Field, Movie Nights, and Pregame Socials. Other Rewards tiers may get special access to these events; however, it is not guaranteed.

To RSVP yourself and allotted guests, select “Rewards” and then the ticket icon. Those eligible to attend should confirm their number of guests and use their points to RSVP. One (1) redemption will grant event entry for one (1) person. If there is more than one person in your party, you must redeem entry for each guest.

Save some points to bid on auction items including memorabilia, one-of-a-kind experiences, bundles, and more! Check back for new auctions throughout the season.

Upon conclusion of an auction, only the winner will have their points utilized. If you were outbid, your points will be returned. Only the winner will be notified at the conclusion of the auction.

Throughout the season various sweepstakes will be available to enter. The number of entries visible is your personal entries, and not the total number of entries from all Dodger Rewards participants. Upon conclusion of a sweepstakes, all rewards points used for entry are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. Only the winner will be notified at the conclusion of the sweepstakes.
