If you would like to work a Part-Time, Seasonal role in the exciting environment of Dodgers baseball, then a job in Guest Services is for you! Opportunities in Guest Services include Ushers and Ticket Takers. If you hold a California Guard Card, you are eligible to apply for our seasonal Security roles.

Who We Look For:

Ushers and Ticket Takers are helpful, friendly, and highly-motivated and driven individuals that deliver top-notch customer-service to our fans from the moment that they enter the stadium. Prior customer-serving experience, strong interpersonal and issue-resolving skills are a must. Security Guards are tasked with ability to keep fans safe during their experience at the ballpark. Qualified candidates will be assessed on their ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

When We Hire:

The Dodgers begin Security, Usher and Ticket Taker recruitment in January. The interview format assesses a candidate’s interpersonal skills and their ability to think critically in a fast-pace, high-energy environment. Once candidates are selected, training and onboarding takes place during March to gear up for the upcoming baseball season.
