What if I bought my tickets before this change?
If you bought your Kings Night ticket pack ticket before 12:50pm PT on Thursday, August 1, the only way to claim your jersey will be in-stadium on August 6, and the policies communicated in our standard Ticket Pack FAQs will apply.
I bought my tickets before this change, but I prefer to have my jersey direct shipped instead of having to pick it up. Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your pick-up method from in-stadium to direct ship, nor can we offer a refund or exchange on the ticket you purchased.
By looking at my ticket, how do I know if I need to pick up my jersey or if it will be shipped?

Where do I go to pick up my Kings Night jersey?
If you purchased your ticket pack before 12:50pm PT on Thursday, August 1, you will receive an email the day before Kings Night at Dodger Stadium with detailed instructions on how to redeem your jersey once you've arrived at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday, August 6. If you purchased after 12:50pm PT on Thursday, August 1, you will not need to or be able to pick up your jersey. Instead, it will be shipped to an address you provide to us and should arrive by October 31, 2019.
How will you know what address to ship my jersey(s)?
We will send you a form via email within 48 hours of your purchase. You will indicate your size(s) preference and the mailing address to which you want your jersey(s) shipped. If you've ordered multiple tickets, and thus multiple jerseys, all jerseys will be shipped to the same address.
What if I bought more than 1 ticket? Can you ship the jerseys to different addresses?

Will I get to pick my size(s)?
Because we are direct shipping, you will need to select your size(s) preference. We will send you a form within 48 hours of your purchase, and on that form, you will select the size(s) you want corresponding to the number of jerseys in your order.
What size(s) will be offered?
Because we are direct shipping, you will have a choice between S, M, L and XL. Under typical circumstances where in-stadium pick-up is required, only M and XL will be offered.
What if I want to pick up my jersey in-stadium on August 6 instead of having it shipped?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to pick up your jersey in-stadium on August 6.
Do I need to attend the game on August 6 in order to have my jersey shipped?
No - the purchase of your ticket and the completion of the form you will receive is all we will need to ensure your jersey(s) is shipped.
When will my shipped jersey(s) arrive at the address I provide to you?
Shipped jerseys should arrive by October 31, 2019.
When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation from CustomerService@Tickets.com. Depending on the delivery method selected, you will be emailed your game tickets, or you can access them by logging into your My Dodger Tickets account.
How can I confirm that I purchased the Kings Night ticket package ticket?
Your order confirmation will state if you purchased the special event ticket package offer. Your game tickets will have a unique event code listed on them to verify that they are indeed part of the special event ticket package.
I am a Season Ticket Holder, and already have tickets to the game; can I upgrade my tickets or just purchase the jersey?
We cannot upgrade season tickets into special event ticket package tickets, and we are not able to sell the jerseys separately.
Can I select specific seats for Ticket Pack offers?
All of our ticket pack offers are online only. When you select from the seating areas offered, it will automatically default to best available. Should you be interested in purchasing 15 or more tickets, our Group Sales Team can assist you in finding the best available seats according to your preferences.
How can I purchase ADA tickets for this event?
ADA accessible tickets can be purchased by clicking the 'View Real-Time ADA Seating' link at the bottom of the event purchase page.
I bought my tickets on StubHub before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I cancel my order?
The Dodgers are unable to cancel or refund any orders or tickets purchased through StubHub or any other secondary market source.
I bought my tickets at the Dodger Stadium Box Office before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I upgrade them?
Yes, if you purchased your tickets here at the Dodger Stadium Box Office via credit card, we can upgrade them into one of the seating locations offered for the special event ticket package. No downgrades/refunds are available.
Can I purchase special event ticket pack tickets at the box office?
Ticket package offers are only available online. Tickets purchased through the specific online link will include the ticket pack item.
How old does a child have to be to receive the jersey?
Our stadium policy states that children 3 and under do not need a ticket for the game, as they can sit on a lap. However, without a Kings Night ticket, they are not eligible to receive the jersey.
Is there a group discount for purchasing 15 or more tickets for the Kings Night ticket package?
No group discount is offered for purchasing 15 or more tickets, but you will save on the per ticket service fees. Group ticket purchases only include one flat $10 handling fee on the entire order!
