Entry to the MLB at Field of Dreams event is available through a main entrance where every lane is fully accessible. If preferred, fans requiring accessibility accommodations are welcome to utilize the priority access lane situated on the far left side.

Accessible Entrance
Accessible Parking
All MLB at Field of Dreams ticket purchases include a complimentary parking pass, delivered digitally with their tickets in the MLB Ballpark app. Parking will be located on-site at the ballpark. Ticket holders should be prepared to show their parking passes throughout the drive in Dyersville. Ticket holders are strongly encouraged to download the MLB Ballpark app and access their tickets and parking pass in advance of arriving on-site.
ADA parking will be provided for ADA ticket holders. For those not holding ADA tickets but who qualify for ADA parking, please reach out to FODtixhelp@mlb.com to update your parking assignment.
Accessible Shuttle

Accessible shuttles will be available to support fans with navigating the Field of Dreams footprint. Designated stops will include the main entrance, movie site, and the ballpark.
There will be an additional accessible shuttle service in the parking lots to support fans getting from the lots to the gates.
Accessible Seating/Companion Seating
Accessible seating is available on the lower and second level concourses.
- Lower Level: Sections 101 - 117
- Second Level: Sections 201 - 209

Air Conditioning
Public spaces with AC can be accessed near the Home Plate Plaza and on the first and second levels. The First Aid location in the Fan Plaza will also be air conditioned.
Allergen Guide / Dietary Restrictions
Fans can request information on ingredients and allergens at all concessions and guest services locations within the ballpark, or contact Dyersville Events at info@fodmoviesite.com.
Outside food (unless for a medical-related circumstance), alcohol or other beverages are strictly prohibited into Field of Dreams.
Fans are permitted to bring factory-sealed plastic water bottles and empty refillable bottles. Refillable bottles must be empty upon entry and may be refilled at designated water stations inside Field of Dreams. Glass containers are not permitted.
Captioning
Closed captioning will be available in the MLB Ballpark app.
Electrical Outlets
Electrical outlets exist in public and nonpublic spaces throughout the entire ballpark. For more information, please contact Dyersville Events at info@fodmoviesite.com.
Elevators
An elevator is located near the Home Plate Plaza entrance. Ramps to the 100 level concourse are located near sections 101, 106, 109, 113, and 118.
Emergency Evacuation
Field of Dreams Experience Team staff have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video boards and announced on the public address systems.
Family Restrooms/Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available in all primary men's and women's restroom locations throughout the ballpark. These restrooms are located at:
- First Base Guest Concourse (Lower Level)
- Third Base Guest Concourse (Lower Level)
- First Base Party Deck (Second Level)
Family restrooms are available adjacent to the primary restroom facilities at each of these same locations. In addition, one unisex restroom is located on the Second Level along the first base line.
Fan Texting
Guests who would like to discreetly notify Field of Dreams staff in the ballpark of guest services issues (e.g. security needed, spilled drink, medical issue, etc.) may do so by texting “ALERT MLBFOD” issue and location to 848261.

First Aid
First Aid locations can be found at the movie site and near the ballpark.

Infant Feeding Room
There are two infant feeding rooms within the Guest Service Office located in Ballpark Plaza, First Aid, adjacent to the Retail Tent.
Ramps
Ramps to the 100 level concourse are located near sections 101, 106, 109, 113, and 118. An elevator is located near the Home Plate Plaza entrance - fans looking to access the second level concourse should use the elevator.
Quiet Room / Sensory Activation Vehicle / Sensory Inclusion
There will be a KultureCity Sensory Activation Vehicle Mobile Sensory Room (S.A.V.) located in the Ballpark Plaza. Inside the S.A.V. is a sensory room outfitted with bean bags from Yogibo and visual light panels by Nanoleaf, as well as activity panels and bubble walls. The space can be used by one family/group/individual at a time when they need to step away to decompress, enabling families to take a quick break if needed before going back to enjoying the ballgame.

Service Animals Policy
We welcome trained service animals recognized by federal law at MLB at Field of Dreams. "Service Animals" are defined as dogs (or in some cases, miniature horses) that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed and under the control of their handler at all times.
All other animals are prohibited. We ask that handlers connect with a member of the Field of Dreams Experience team if they need to relieve their service animal after being admitted to the MLB at Field of Dreams event. There is an exit and re-entry process and Field of Dreams Experience Team staff can assist with this at the gates.
Strollers / Wheelchairs / Walkers
Fans are welcome to bring their strollers, wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices to MLB at Field of Dreams. However, their use must not limit fan movement or block aisles. Collapsible umbrella strollers can be stored underneath your seat.
The Field of Dreams is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Strollers will not be permitted to be left unattended on the concourse or anywhere outside of the designated stroller parking area or folded at the guest’s seats.
