Below are some frequently asked questions about our TribeTown MVPs program. If you have further questions, call 216.420.HITS or email us at [email protected].

When and where can I pick up the membership packages?
Membership packages are available for pick up beginning March 26, 2020. Packets may be picked up at the TribeTown MVPs kiosk during any 2020 home game; the kiosk is open from the time gates open through the end of the 5th inning Monday through Friday, and through the end of the 9th inning on Saturdays and Sundays. Both the MVP and a parent/guardian must be present to collect the badge. Membership packages will not be mailed.

Where is the MVPs kiosk located?
The MVPs kiosk is located on the main concourse behind section 113. It is next to the East 9th escalator and the giant Block C structure.

When is the MVPs kiosk open?
The MVPs kiosk is open from the time gates open through the end of the 5th inning Monday through Friday, and through the end of the 9th inning on Saturdays and Sundays.

What are the recommended ages for the TribeTown MVPs program?
TribeTown MVPs is designed for kids between the ages of six and 14. We highly recommend that all members fall within this age range; younger children may not be able to participate in all activities based on age restrictions. No child over the age of 14 will be accepted into the program.

What size is the TribeTowns MVP t-shirt included in my membership package?
MVPs t-shirts are available in youth small, youth medium, youth XL or adult medium while supplies last. Specific sizes cannot be reserved in advance.

How do I redeem my $10 of loaded value?
Each TribeTown MVPs membership comes with $10 of loaded value to be used on food and beverages or merchandise at Progressive Field during the 2020 regular season. The value can be redeemed by scanning the personalized barcode on the back of each MVP badge at any cash register in the ballpark. To check the loaded value amount, please call Fan Services at 216.420.HITS and have your badge number available when you call.

How do we skip the line for Kids Run the Bases?
MVP members can head to the front of the line for Kids Run the Bases! Show your membership badge at the ramp at Right Field prior to the last out of the game and head to the front of the line. Please note: once the line starts moving to the field, you will no longer have the ability to jump the line.

How do MVPs sign up for the monthly prize drawings?
All MVPs are automatically entered into the monthly drawings for exclusive merchandise, autographed items, on-field experiences and other prizes. Parents/guardians do not need to do anything else to register their MVP(s). Winners will be selected at random from all 2020 MVPs. Winners' parents/guardians will be contacted by the email provided at time of purchase. Please note: These monthly prizes are in addition to those awarded through the check-in rewards program.

How are MVPs selected to take part in the Kids Starting Lineup and other KeyBank Kids Fun Day on-field activities?  
As part of the monthly prize drawings, all MVPs are automatically entered to be the Play Ball Kid, Honorary Grounds Crew member or Honorary Announcer, as well as to win a spot in the Kids Starting Lineup. Parents/guardians do not need to do anything else to register their MVP(s). Winners will be selected at random from all 2020 MVPs. Winners' parents/guardians will be contacted via email with additional details at least two weeks prior to the game.

How do I RSVP for the exclusive MVP events?
More information regarding the RSVP process and a list of MVP exclusive events will be emailed to the email address used for purchase in March 2020.

Where can I find my child's MVP ID number?
MVP ID numbers can be found in the purchase confirmation email under "seat location".

What happens if I lose my MVPs membership badge?
If you lose your badge, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Lost MVP Membership Badge." We will work to get you a replacement badge as soon as possible. The replacement badge will not have the $10 loaded value.

Why can't I sign up for on-field batting practice viewing and play catch on the field as part of the exclusive events?
In an effort to provide experiences and events that are accessible for more MVPs, we are not offering on-field batting practice viewing or catch on the field as exclusive events - each of which were limited in the number of MVPs who could access. MVPs can be selected to participate in these experiences via the check-in rewards program.
