Below are some frequently asked questions about our TribeTown MVPs program. If you have further questions, email us at TribeTownMVPs@Indians.com.

When and where can I pick up the membership packages?
Membership packages are available for pick up beginning April 6, 2018. Packets may be picked up at the TribeTown MVPs table during any 2018 home game, but membership packages will not be mailed. The table is located in Progressive Field's Right Field Family Deck. Both the MVP and a parent/guardian must be present to collect the badge.

How do we skip the line for Kids Run the Bases?
MVP members can head to the front of the line for Kids Run the Bases! As long as you have your membership badge you can head down the ramp at Right Field and head to the front of the line. Please note, once the line starts moving to the field you will no longer have the ability to jump the line.

What are the recommended ages for the TribeTown MVPs program?
TribeTown MVPs is designed for kids between the ages of six and 14. We highly recommend that all members fall within this age range. No child over the age of 14 will be accepted into the program.

How do I redeem my $10 of loaded value?
Each TribeTown MVPs membership comes with $10 of loaded value to be used on food, beverages and merchandise at Progressive Field during the 2018 regular season. The value can be redeemed by scanning the personalized barcode on the back of each MVP badge at any cash register in the ballpark. To check the loaded value amount please call our Fan Services at 216-420-HITS. Please have your badge number available when you call.

What size is the TribeTowns MVP pullover included in my membership package?
MVPs pullovers are available in youth medium or youth XL while supplies last.

What happens if I lose my MVPs membership badge?
If you lose your badge, please email us at TribeTownMVPs@Indians.com with the subject line "Lost MVP Membership Badge." We will work to get you a replacement badge as soon as possible. The replacement badge will not have the $10 loaded value.

How do I RSVP for the exclusive MVP events?
More information regarding the RSVP process and a list of MVP exclusive events will be emailed to the email address used for purchase in March.

Why are on-field BP viewing and Catch on the Field not options this year?
In an effort to provide experiences and events that are accessible for the MVPs possible, we are not offering on-field BP and Catch on the Field - each of which were limited in the number of MVPs who could access - this season.
