Located in the heart of Little Havana, the ballpark is centrally located and easily accessible for all fans in South Florida. Whether you’re driving, taking public transportation or using a ride share app, there are plenty of options for planning your gameday transit.

Gate Information
- Marlins Member doors open 2.5 hours before first pitch at the Third Base Entrance on Fridays and Saturdays ONLY
- Premium doors open 2 hours before first pitch.
- PNC Club and Suite Ticket Holders at PNC Club Entrance ONLY
- General gates open 90 minutes before first pitch.
- Marlins Member Express Entrance located at West Plaza Gate 1 and Home Plate Entrance.
Transportation
Event attendees parking a vehicle at the ballpark will use the vehicle’s license plate as the credential for parking. Vehicles will not be validated at the entrance to parking facilities through payment collection or parking pass scan. All vehicles will instead enter a parking garage or lot, subject to space availability, and proceed without validation at entrance to an available parking spot.
Free Flow Parking
Bag Policy
- Only clear bags are permitted inside loanDepot park.
- Bag must be clear and cannot exceed 16"x16"x8" in size. Bags must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material.
- Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 6"x8" and bags for medical or infant purposes

With great views from anywhere in the ballpark, this is the perfect place to catch a game.
Team Store
The New Era Team Store is located on the West Plaza of the ballpark. Patrons should access the West Plaza at Gate 1 located near NW 15 Avenue and Felo Ramírez Drive (NW 6 Street). Nearest available parking is located in Home Plate Garage (1502 NW 7 Street) which is accessible on NW 15 Avenue near the corner with NW 7 Street.

loanDepot park now offers fans the option to order food & beverage on your mobile device for select concession locations. To access mobile food ordering, open the Ballpark app or scan one of the dedicated QR codes posted around the ballpark to view all available options.
Concession locations only accept electronic payments. Cash is not accepted at bars, portables or stand locations.

Flag Policy:
Banners, flags and/or signs no larger than 3’x5’ in size are permitted as long as they are made of a light, flexible material and do not include anything abusive to the opposing team, particular countries or regions, or anything political or religious.
Instrument Policy:
The following instruments are permitted inside the ballpark:
- Afuche/Cabasa
- Bongos
- Buleador
- Claves

- Cowbell*
- Guira

- Pandero
- Tambora
- Tambourine
- Tambura
- Trumpet
*Cowbell percussion instrument is permitted, but additional cowbell styles may be denied entry.
The following instruments will NOT be permitted inside the ballpark:
- Air horns
- Bullhorns
- Clappers
- Kazoo
- Pots and pans
- Thunder sticks
- Vuvuzela
- Whistles
Additional Guidelines:
- Instrument cases are not permitted upon entry.
- Instruments may only be played in seating areas during the game.
- Instruments can only be played on the concourses pregame and postgame.
- Instrument use may not interfere with gameplay or other guests’ enjoyment of the game, in accordance with the loanDepot park Guest Code of Conduct.
The Miami Marlins and loanDepot park reserve the right to deny entry to any instruments at their sole discretion.
