Tyler Beede, a Giants teammate at the time, served as the officiant for the wedding...The couple welcomed their first son, Jack Ryan Rogers, in April 2022 and their second son, Nolan Ryan Rogers, in January 2025....Ryan is Jennifer’s maiden name and there was no intention to name him after the Hall of Famer...Nolan Ryan called Tyler to congratulate him...Graduated from Chatfield High School in Littleton, CO...Attended Garden City Community College from 2010-11...Named a second-team All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference selection...As a sophomore, ranked 3rd among National Junior College Athletic Association pitchers with 13 saves, posting a 2.39 ERA in 34 appearances...Tyler became a submarine pitcher while at Garden City after his coach at the time, Chris Finnegan, suggested the pitching style to him...Transferred to Austin Peay State University for his junior season in 2012...Across two seasons at APSU, went 11-6 with a 1.98 ERA over 79 appearances...Was inducted into Austin Peay’s Athletics Hall of Fame in February 2024...Rogers was a key member of the Governors 2012 and 2013 OVC championship teams...Tyler and his twin brother, Taylor, started the Rogers Family Foundation, dedicated to the mental wellness of first responders... Was one of the most used relievers in the bigs, appearing in 29 games, tied for third-most in MLB...In his second season he went 3-3 with a 4.50 ERA (14er, 28.0ip) along with 27 strikeouts and six walks...Allowed runs in six of his 29 appearances and had two outings where he combined to allow 10 of his 16 runs...On July 29, Rogers earned his first win of 2020 while his brother earned his first save for the Twins...according to Elias, the last time one player earned a win and his brother earned a save on the same day was Greg and Mike Maddux on July 16, 1998...Greg, pitching for the Braves, earned the win over Milwaukee while his brother, Mike, pitching for Montreal, picked up a save vs. Pittsburgh...On September 23, he and his brother each earned relief wins to become the first set of twin brothers in MLB history to record a win on the same day...the last brothers to record a win on the same day were Jeff and Jered Weaver on May 7, 2010 (Elias).

Selected from Triple-A Sacramento on August 27...had spent the season with the River Cats prior to his callup...In 17 appearances out of the Giants' bullpen he allowed two earned runs on 12 hits in 17.2 innings (1.02 ERA). Held opposing batters to a .185 clip, with lefties going 3-for-22 (.136) off him... Made his ML debut August 27 and threw just 11 pitches, retiring all three Arizona batters faced on groundouts.
