Phillies' Sandberg, Buchanan salute Community Heroes
Local non-profits, which received nearly $2 million in Phillies Charities, Inc. grants throughout the year, recognized for tireless efforts during Phillies Season of Giving
Local charities and organizations that have been making an impact in the community were recently selected to receive a Phillies Charities, Inc. grant, as well as recognized for their tireless efforts at a Phillies Charities Holiday Giving Party held this past Monday, December 15 in the Diamond Club at Citizens Bank Park.
"There are so many community heroes that provide invaluable services to individuals and families in times of need," said Lyn Montgomery, President, Phillies Charities, Inc. "It is our hope that the Phillies' Charities grants awarded will continue to aid the efforts of these outstanding organizations in giving back to the community."
