Tigers open 16th season at Comerica Park on Monday
Tigers to raise AL Central Division Championship Flag; Four Tops to sing National Anthem; Rally Towels for first 40,000 fans
DETROIT - Baseball returns to Detroit on Monday, April 6 as the Tigers begin their 2015 campaign at Comerica Park. The three-game homestand will feature the Minnesota Twins from April 6 through April 9. First pitch for all games is scheduled for 1:08 p.m.

Monday, April 6 vs. Minnesota Twins at 1:08 p.m. (Gates Open at 11:00 a.m.) LHP David Price vs. RHP Phil Hughes
· Opening Day Festivities: Prior to the game on April 6 the Tigers will celebrate their 2014 American League Central Division Championship by raising a commemorative flag in center field.The national anthem will be sung by Motown legends and members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Four Tops.
· Michigan native and recent Best Supporting Actor Academy Award winner, J.K. Simmons will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
· The Michigan Joint Honor Guard will present colors and a 300-foot American Flag will be presented in the outfield during the singing of the national anthem.
· During the seventh inning stretch, Amy Gould of the 126th Army Band will sing God Bless America.
· Game Ball Delivery: The game ball will be delivered by Technical Sergeant David Thomas of the Selfridge Air National Guard from Auburn Hills, Michigan.
· Opening Day Giveaway: The first 40,000 fans will receive a Detroit Tigers rally towel, compliments of Ball Park and Meijer.
