White Sox recall Daniel Webb from Class AAA Charlotte

CHICAGO - Prior to today's regularly scheduled game vs. Kansas City, the Chicago White Sox recalled right-handed pitcher Daniel Webb from Class AAA Charlotte to serve as the 26th player.

Webb, 25, has gone 0-1 with a 6.23 ERA (6 ER/8.2 IP), one save and seven strikeouts in six relief appearances with Charlotte this season. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound Webb spent the entire 2014 season with the White Sox, going 6-5 with a 3.99 ERA (30 ER/67.2 IP) and 58 strikeouts.
