Billy Currington added to lineup for Summer Concert Series presented by Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines

Currington takes the stage at Turner Field on August 6

ATLANTA - Country star Billy Currington will be making a stop in Atlanta this summer when he performs a postgame concert after the Braves take on the Miami Marlins on Thursday, August 6. The performance is part of the Summer Concert Series presented by Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines that kicks off this June, and concert admission is free with a paid game ticket.

Since his debut in 2003, Currington has racked up 17 Top 40 hits, including nine number ones on the country charts. Currington's newest single, "Don't It," has already reached the Top 4 on Billboard's Country Airplay Chart and has left fans anxiously waiting for his new album, "Summer Forever," which drops on June 2, 2015. He has earned multiple nominations from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association, and took home a CMT Music Award for "Hottest Video of the Year." Currington's "People Are Crazy" was a career-defining hit which earned him two Grammy nominations for Male Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song.

The Summer Concert Series presented by Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines kicks off on June 10 with a performance by pop artist Charli XCX, and continues on June 20 with R&B legend Boyz II Men. Additional concerts for the Summer Concert Series presented by Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines will be announced at a later date.
