Red Sox announce family events for June at Fenway Park

Mike Napoli Bobblehead Night June 2; Kids Run the Bases After the Game on June 7; Season Ticket Holders Take Batting Practice June 19 and 20; Father's Day "Walk in the Park" June 21

BOSTON, MA - The Red Sox, who this year are "Calling All Kids," today unveiled a series of promotions in June designed for children and families at Fenway Park. The season-long theme is presented by Hood Milk.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 2, the club will hand out Mike Napoli bobbleheads, presented by ENEOS, to all fans attending the 7:10 p.m. game against the Minnesota Twins. The June 2 game is also part of a special "Family 4 Pax" promotion the club and Aramark are holding which includes 4 tickets to the game, 4 hot dogs, and 4 sodas for $75. Family 4 Pax are available at redsox.com/family4pax.

Kids are invited to come down on the field and run the bases after the game against the Oakland Athletics, Sunday, June 7. The game begins at 1:35 p.m.

On Father's Day, Sunday, June 21, the Red Sox will host a Father's Day Walk in the Park, presented by Bank of America. Dad's and their families are invited to walk around the warning track from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wally the Green Monster and his Dad, Walter, will engage children. Face painters, stilt walkers, and caricature and balloon artists will also entertain children. All are welcome to enter Fenway Park at Gate C.

On Friday, June 19, and Saturday, June 20, Red Sox season ticket holders are invited to take batting practice on the field. This is the second time this year the club has offered season ticket holders the opportunity to take batting practice. The club began the practice in 2012.
